See above. In short a big disappointment in every way.
Pros:

Badly let down as no room or facility provided. Needed to find a room to stay in at additional cost to me. Nor has my account been credited with the payment I made months in advance. This was all confirmed by Booking.com.

Let me know whom I need to contact in order to make a claim, which can only happen through your organisation.

Cons:

Liked nothing as nothing whatsoever provided. A very big disappointment. Please provide an email address that I can contact in order to make a claim for the sum I paid and seek compensation for the unanticipated costs subsequently encountered.

I had a wonderful stay. It was also great to have access to the kitchen, which made it easy to prepare lunch during my stay. The room was clean and came with fresh towels. It was also great to have access to the kitchen, which made it easy to prepare lunch during my stay. The location is fantastic, right in the centre of Newbridge, just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and most importantly, very close to the bus stop for the 726, which takes you directly to the airport. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Great value, great location, and a great host!

Bathroom floor was lethal, covered in water from the shower, i actually slipped and fell on the floor, dirty towel left on the floor, no toilet roll. Never again. Do not recommend to anyone. Avoid at all costs

Pros:

First of all, I made an earlier review which was ment for the accommodation I stayed in on 3rd to 4th of June, 2025, with Air Code: W19 Y2RF. And not this particular one on Frances Street.
This accommodation is peaceful, nice and quiet. The host is very considerate and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay and its proximity to stores, bus stops, and my venue of business.

Management not present. Had to wait 25 mins outside door. Promised refund as I didn't stay there and now ignoring calls.

Pros:

WHY IS THIS PREMISES ON YOUR SITE.
We have stayed in a lot if places through bopoking.com and this by far was horrific. We didn't stay in it, it was that bad. If you want to know why, read the other reviews that you obviously are ignoring.

Not worth the price that was charged, I didn’t end up staying for my stay as I didn’t feel comfortable and the place was

The man I met to give me the key was pleasant, although making contact with him the morning of my check in was difficult.

Cons:

The house didn’t look like the pictures. The bathroom was very dirty and the house felt very uncomfortable as a person on my own. I didn’t end up staying in the property at all although I had paid for 3 nights, as I felt so uneasy.
