Pros:

Bed was comfortable, room is clean and washroom is OK ok.., location is difficult to find..

Cons:

Rate was very high, compared to this rate there is no such facilities been provided lack of soaps and shampoo in hotel and provided 5rs bath soap, no breakfast included, disappeared with this much rate

Bad experience. Multiple hotels in the same building owned by same owner(ShivAshish, Serenity. etc)
Pros:

Location of the property is good and nothing else.

Cons:

They charged us for the water we drank. who does that?
They did not have the facility to make a duplicate card of the room as the door of one if the room was locked and we had to adjust in other room.
When the locksmith came, they charged us to .. that is non-sense..
The room are called delux but they are very small rooms.
Smell in the room and we had to change the room.
They did not turn on the AC and I had to tell them 10 mins about it.
They didn't even have iron

Not worth the price it's not a proper hotel.
Pros:

Smart TV and bathroom was useful.

Cons:

Location- it's a residential building, under renovation lot of noise outside. No view from windows. Room size was very small and cramped. No ceiling fan.
No seperate entrance to hotel and toiletries given as well.
Bathroom was made of glass and not wall.
Bed linen was kot fresh.
