Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this all-inclusive hotel! The pools were great, the water park perfect for our children, and the sea was very clean. Our kids had an amazing time throughout the holiday. The animation crew was very kind and the shows were nice.

A special thanks to Mikail for arranging a table for us at the rooftop restaurant with a breathtaking view. His kindness made our stay even more special.

We highly recommend this hotel and would happily return!

Super hotel niet nadenken gewoon doen!

Hele mooie ruime kamer met uitzicht op zee en zwembad en jacuzie en ruime bedden.

Het eten was enorm slecht en continu hetzelfde. In het restaurant waren zoveel strontvliegen dat je niet eens normaal kon eten. Al die vliegen zaten op en in het eten. We hadden 3 nachten geboekt en ontzettend spijt wij zullen hier nooit meer komen.

Very comfortable and relaxing hotel with amazing food and great activities with an amazing view.
Pros:

The rooms were big and spacious, the food was excellent, the pools were really good and the animation team was really good

Cons:

The beach! That was very disappointing. But this has nothing to do with the hotel because that region does not have big sandy beaches

Lunch was excellent
Elite at reception was very helpful.

Cons:

Sea side not clean the sea was dirty which is a major element of the hotel
Breakfast buffet not so much variety very basic
Staff in reception not very friendly
I had an argument with one of them, and I filed a complaint no one came back to me .

Air-conditioning was not work well one of the rooms was hot.

Pros:

We hebben heerlijk kunnen slapen
Zwembad en aquapark was ok
A la carte boven was super gezellig en vriendelijk
Sahin Ege Merve personeel van a la carte van Grieks en Italiaans restaurant waren top heel vriendelijk
Terras was heel rustgevend we hadden daar echt een zen gevoel
Nihat van animatie was top hij weet wat hij doet

Cons:

Zee was heel slecht totaal niet diep je kon niet zwemmen en veel zeewier totaal afknapper
De animatie kon veel beter enkel foam party was leuk
