La chambre est spacieuse.

Cons:

Il y avait trop de monde, ce qui provoque un brouhaha constant et des incivilités. Les plats proposés au buffet sont redondants. La chambre n’est pas bien nettoyée. Les équipements sont anciens.

Mais dans l’ensemble, c’est un bon hôtel
Pros:

L’hôtel était très pratique : le toboggan, la piscine et les différents espaces étaient tous proches les uns des autres.

Ce n’est peut-être pas un vrai 5 étoiles comparé à certains hôtels de Belek, mais le climat de Kuşadası est vraiment un gros plus ☀️. Je recommande l’hôtel, surtout en fonction du prix proposé ☺️

Cons:

Le seul point négatif selon moi : la nourriture au restaurant le soir manquait un peu de variété.

Pros:

The hotel facilities were clean and well maintained, and the housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing due to several serious issues.

When we checked in, we were given a room that was different from the one we had originally booked. This was especially frustrating because we arrived late at night with children. We had to complain, wait, and then move to another room, which was the last thing we wanted after a long journey.

Even after moving rooms, there were problems. The toilet seat was broken and the shower drain was blocked, making the shower unusable. We had to make another complaint to have these issues addressed.

Please be very careful when booking regarding the difference between a Sea Side View and a Side Sea View. These are completely different room categories, and the distinction should be made much clearer when making a reservation.

On the positive side, the all-inclusive package offers good value for money, and the buffet was excellent with a wide variety of food. However, during meals there was a strong chemical smell, almost like insect repellent, which seemed to be coming through the air-conditioning. It was unpleasant and made it difficult to properly enjoy the food.

The Spa – Not Recommended

Unfortunately, I strongly recommend avoiding the spa.

The spa manager is very persuasive and approaches guests like a professional salesman, speaking as though he personally will provide the massage and suggesting that the treatment will help with various physical problems. However, he does not actually perform the massage. The treatments were carried out by Indonesian female therapists.

The massage was extremely painful and excessively forceful. Despite asking during the treatment for the massage to be gentler, there was no meaningful improvement. I became nauseous and felt unwell, and the effects lasted for several days, which seriously affected my holiday.

Cons:

Otelin genel tesisleri temiz ve bakımlıydı. Özellikle temizlik personeli çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü. Ancak konaklamamız sırasında yaşadığımız bazı ciddi sorunlar nedeniyle genel deneyimimiz maalesef hayal kırıklığı yarattı.

Otele giriş yaptığımızda, rezervasyon sırasında ayırttığımız odadan farklı bir oda verildi. Özellikle gece geç saatte, çocuklarla birlikte otele vardığımız için bu durum bizim için çok rahatsız ediciydi. Şikâyette bulunmak, beklemek ve ardından başka bir odaya taşınmak zorunda kaldık. Uzun bir yolculuktan sonra yaşamak isteyeceğimiz son şey buydu.

Oda değişikliğinden sonra bile sorunlar devam etti. Tuvalet kapağı kırıktı ve duşun gideri tıkalı olduğu için duşu kullanamadık. Bunun için tekrar şikâyette bulunmak zorunda kaldık.

Rezervasyon yaparken Sea Side View ile Side Sea View arasındaki farka özellikle dikkat etmenizi tavsiye ederim. Bu iki oda kategorisi birbirinden tamamen farklı ve rezervasyon sırasında bu ayrım çok daha açık ve net bir şekilde belirtilmeli.

Olumlu tarafı ise, her şey dahil konseptinin fiyat-performans açısından oldukça iyi olması ve açık büfenin gerçekten çok başarılı olmasıydı. Yemek çeşitleri oldukça fazlaydı. Ancak yemek sırasında klimadan geldiğini düşündüğümüz, böcek ilacını andıran çok yoğun ve kimyasal bir koku vardı. Bu koku oldukça rahatsız ediciydi ve yemeğin keyfini çıkarmamızı ciddi şekilde engelledi.

Spa – Kesinlikle Tavsiye Etmiyorum

Ne yazık ki spa hizmetini kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Spa müdürü oldukça ikna edici konuşan, adeta profesyonel bir satış elemanı gibi davranan biriydi. Sanki masajı kendisi yapacakmış ve çeşitli fiziksel rahatsızlıkları tedavi edecekmiş gibi konuşarak yaklaşımda bulunuyor. Ancak masajı kendisi yapmıyor. Masajlar Endonezyalı kadın terapistler tarafından gerçekleştiriliyor.

Masaj son derece ağrılı ve gereğinden fazla sertti. Seans sırasında daha nazik ve hafif bir masaj istediğimi açıkça belirtmeme rağmen herhangi bir iyileşme olmadı.

Cons:

Cette année, nous avons voulu découvrir Kuşadası et avons choisi le Liberty Kuşadası après avoir lu de nombreux avis très positifs.

Malheureusement, pour un hôtel 5 étoiles à environ 1 600 € les 4 nuits, nous avons été très déçus. Ayant déjà séjourné dans beaucoup d’hôtels en Turquie, celui-ci fait malheureusement partie de ceux qui nous ont le moins convaincus.

Le personnel est dans l’ensemble aimable et accueillant, mais l’hôtel est vieillissant et surtout beaucoup trop fréquenté par rapport à ses infrastructures. Piscines petites et bondées, eau très chaude, difficulté permanente à trouver des transats… Avec autant de monde, nous n’avons pas vraiment réussi à nous reposer, alors que c’est justement ce que nous recherchions pendant ces quelques jours de vacances.

Concernant les transats, l’hôtel affiche lui-même un règlement demandant de ne pas les réserver et indiquant que les serviettes laissées sans surveillance peuvent être retirées. Malgré cela, trouver une place restait très compliqué.

Le restaurant était également très chargé, avec beaucoup d’odeurs, et nous avons trouvé les repas répétitifs et manquant de saveurs, assez loin de ce que nous attendions de la cuisine turque.

La chambre n’était pas non plus à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles : ménage moyen, détails négligés dès notre arrivée et forte odeur désagréable dans la salle de bain.

Autre point qui nous a dérangés : le stationnement. Notre voiture a été déplacée dans une autre zone et un panneau précisait que l’établissement n’était pas responsable des éventuels dommages pouvant survenir aux véhicules stationnés à cet endroit. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, ce n’est vraiment pas rassurant.

La plage est également assez petite et la mer n’était malheureusement pas très agréable pendant notre séjour.

En résumé, malgré la gentillesse du personnel, le rapport qualité-prix n’est clairement pas au rendez-vous pour nous.
