Nice location in centre of town. Easy check in and out with a nice room. No breakfast with the stay but had a lovely breakfast in Spoons cafe just few minutes walk away
Well organised communication for security codes and nicely decorated rooms
Location was fabulous.
The fridge didn't work and in mid summer, it was necessary. No wardrobe.

Colleagues room well appointed but with less attractive outlook.

No parking. Difficult to drop off person with limited mobility.

Property should do more to articulate just how noisy this room is. On a hot day with windows needing to be open because there is no AC, you have cafes and skateboarders right outside, and a market on Thursday that starts getting set up at 5am. Impossible to sleep until after 10, and beyond 5am.

Beautiful and amazing location. It was so hot outside when I started but there was a fan and lots of wondrous creating a nice breeze. It was very peaceful and comfortable.
Comfortable and clean and a good location. Parking close by.
Would have preferred to check in through a reception desk but self check-in was pretty simple.

No breakfast. Messages re entry codes and partner restaurant were late.
ceiling was flaking, needs repainting. Towel rail falling off wall. Hand shower bracket not working.
Lovely fittings, lovely ambience. Tea, coffee and fresh milk in small fridge. Shower walk to free overnight car park by Waitrose. Enjoyable stay. After party at Phyllis Court. Getting in was easy- e mail sent after pre check in arrangements. People expecting something different hadn’t read the info provided.
Was lovely - right by the square - and ice cream worth the calories. Stairs but I managed.
Location
Nothing apart from could have done with another fan. Had to have windows open as so hot so lots of noise from 0530 onwards but location definitely made up for that.

No milk for the tea coffee went to Sainsbury’s to buy a pint
No bubble bath
