Pros:

Comfortable and clean and a good location. Parking close by.

Cons:

Would have preferred to check in through a reception desk but self check-in was pretty simple.

Lovely ambience, well managed comfortable room. Lovely ensuite.
Pros:

Lovely fittings, lovely ambience. Tea, coffee and fresh milk in small fridge. Shower walk to free overnight car park by Waitrose. Enjoyable stay. After party at Phyllis Court. Getting in was easy- e mail sent after pre check in arrangements. People expecting something different hadn’t read the info provided.

Cons:

Was lovely - right by the square - and ice cream worth the calories. Stairs but I managed.

Nothing apart from could have done with another fan. Had to have windows open as so hot so lots of noise from 0530 onwards but location definitely made up for that.

Rubbish. Never again. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Stairs. There is no lift. This should be stated.
No tea or milk in the room. Two bits of sugar plus a torn empty left in bowl.
Room door would not lock so we had to take valuables with us.
Bath had no plug.

Perfect location in a very comfortable room.
Pros:

Location was perfect on the pedestrianised high street. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and modern.

There was a stain on the throw on the bed and one on one of the hand towels.
