I am not satisfied.
While I booked the room via Booking.Com, I am informed that the payment will directly deal by the Hotel. But before three days I sent a message to pay advance for my booking. They informed me, via whats up they will send the details but not. Directly we approached for the stay they said we haven't recd message from Booking.Com. Again they told that your booking has been cancelled. Finally they arranged a single room instead of Double room for Rs.500/- excess per day + routine room rent+ charges & taxes. It was a bitter experience for me for booking hotel via Booking.Com
The room is easily accessible from the city center.
Hot water available 24/7
The price is more. The blankets and bed spreads aren't clean. Overall room isn't pleasant to stay.. They offer Non-AC room though we booked an AC room and charged the same price of AC room. Not recommendable. They don't provide water bottles as a part of stay, charges are applied for that as well...

The hotel maintenance is very good and the staff is very polite, Drinking water is not provided we have to buy the water bottle.

We had booked three rooms and in booking .com website it was mentioned as 24.00hrs check in check out ,however on reaching hotel at 7.45 AM the staff at the reception did not coperate and was not willing to answer just said you will have to till 12.00 and after requesting Shri Shekar ( Manager) agreed for check in and were allowed at 9.45 due to which our Mysore Sight seeing plan was disturbed.
