Outstanding amenities, cleanliness, breakfast, and stafff.
Pros:

Perla was an incredible accommodation. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast outstanding, room incredibly clean (& cleaned/tidied daily), extra amenities useful and thoughtful, and views breathtaking. Even though it’s about a 10 minute walk into town, it’s a lovely walk and worth it for the quiet location of the hotel. It was an amazing value for everything provided.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, μεγάλο και πολύ όμορφο. Το πρωινό είχε ποικιλία. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια σε ευθεία από το κέντρο του Γκορεμε και πολύ κοντά σε λόφους θέασης των αερόστατων, οπότε θεωρώ ότι είναι μια χαρά τοποθεσία. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό!

静かなエリアを好む人にオススメ
Pros:

ホテル自体は清潔でよく整えられており、上階のルーフトップからはレッドバレーなど遠くの景色を美しく楽しむことができます。

シャワーの水圧は日本人にも合うちょうど良い強さで、とても快適に利用できました。
また、ホテルの外壁の断熱性が高いのか、外気温が5℃を下回る日でも室内はとても暖かく、エアコンを使わなくてもロンT一枚で過ごせるほど快適でした。

朝食は品数こそ多くはありませんが、宿泊者が少ない日には料理人が出来立ての料理を提供してくれるなど、細やかなホスピタリティを感じることができました。

Cons:

ホテル周辺の空き地にはゴミが散乱しており、上階のレストランから足元に目を向けるとやや残念な印象を受けました。

また立地は中心地から少し離れており、散歩が好きな方であれば問題ない距離ですが、食事に出かける際にはやや不便に感じることもありました。

さらに、壁がやや薄いのか、隣室の生活音（トイレのドアの開閉音やシャワー音、ドライヤーの音など）が聞こえる点も少し気になりました。

Es cómodo, muy tranquilo, un poco alejado del centro (15 minutos andando). Habitación muy amplia. Uno de los sitios donde despegan los globos está justo al lado y si subes a la terraza se ven muy bien.

Cons:

Con algunas mejoras sería de 10. En nuestra habitación la mampara de la ducha no cerraba correctamente y se salía el agua. El resto todo ok.

Quiero comentar mi experiencia sobre este hotel, antes de viajar a Estambul pregunté precios para que el hotel nos recoja del aeropuerto para llevarnos al hotel, le di mi hora de llegada de vuelo pero al final decidí no optar por su servicio ya que encontré ofertas mejores, al que yo le escribí un mensaje diciéndole que no necesitaba su servicio y agradeciéndole ya que había reservado con otra agencia de booking al que habíamos pagado, al llegar al aeropuerto de göreme nos recoge un conductor con mi nombre me subí pensando que era la reserva que había pagado por booking y al bajar el conductor me cobra pero como le dije que había pagado me lleva al hotel y el recepcionista con una actitud de chulo me dice que yo hablé con él por whatssap reservando el servicio y yo le dije que claramente yo le envíe un mensaje cancelando su servicio y él me mostró su móvil y no estaba mi mensaje (claramente lo eliminó) sin más tuvimos que pagar un servicio que no queríamos, además quiero enfocar mi comentario sobre el personal que tiene este hotel como recepcionista de turno de las mañanas, tiene una actitud egocentrica le preguntamos sobre el wifi que no iba y no nos dio ningún tipo de solución, podrá ser un hotel con buenas instalaciones pero si tiene un recepcionista estafador no les sirve de nada. MUCHO CUIDADO

Pros:

Struttura perfetta. A 8 minuti a piedi dal centro. È possibile ammirare le mongolfiere dal rooftop. Camere pulite e struttura pulitissima. Odore di pulito all’ingresso spettacolare. Ci ritornerei!
