I name it to my family, the hotel that nobody smile at all, Very good hotel but staff were astonished bad, very rude from start to finish, no a little smile from anybody, from, front parking, receptionist , spa, breakfast room, swimming pool

No menu in the room
No water in the room
Asked to order from the room
Waiter came left the menu
Then came back with the food and ask for cash payment, I asked to leave in the bill, they called next minute to take payment
Oh may God, thinking that we will not pay 🤣
