Won't be staying again.

In need of a refurb, or at least a lick of paint, vacuuming the corridors would be nice too!
Some of the rooms are right next to HGV parking so you can here engine noise most of the time.

OK for overnight but needs upgrade.
Pros:

OK, good variety for breakfast. Room was lovely and cool.

Cons:

Shower room was dirty in places and smelt of dampness. It needed a good cleaning and decorating. The corridors also smelt - carpets need cleaning and the glass doors were filthy.

Pleasant. No issues our pet dog (Bear) enjoyed her stay so did my daughter and her partner.
Pros:

I have given a score of 6 out of 10. We booked two rooms, and there were no issues with the second room. However, the first room, which my wife and I stayed in, had a large damp patch near the entrance. Water was dripping from either the heating or air conditioning unit, and there was also a strong musty odour in the room.The biggest issue was a recurring noise that sounded like a fan running continuously throughout the night. This disturbance kept me awake and resulted in a very restless night's sleep. I did mention this to the receptionist who suggested it was probably from the heating unit which you were phasing out. I have a recording of the noise.

Cons:

The person on the reception desk could have been more helpful and addressed my complaint. He did not signpost me anywhere. Main reason for staying at Ramada was to split our journey and wake up refreshed which did not happen in my case.

The staff were pleasant and helpful and we had a comfortable stay although it was a bit far away from anywhere

Dinner and breakfast were nice

Cons:

Only had towels for 1 person, staff were due to deliver some towels to our room but never did + there was a problem with a member of staff when checking in as their English wasn’t very good!

The service station had a few good stores next door and the car park has ample space

Cons:

The room was horrible smelly damp had flies. The air condition unit was leaking throughout the whole day and night. I did not complain because thankfully we just had to get through one night I was too tired to say anything. The breakfast was very limited and very few items. Not very vegan friendly as well.
