It was what I wanted
Pros:

Breakfast was buffet style very tasty and plenty of choice. The location was good as I had a delivery in Thetford the next day and was only an hour away.

Room unclean
Pros:

Close to location we were going.

Cons:

Upon entering room there were pint glasses on floor. Beds were a mess and room was very dirty with items strewn about. Not what we wanted after a lengthy travel day.

Not the best stay, need to get a grip of the staff customer service.
Pros:

Room was very warm as heater wouldn’t turn off. Waited just under an hour for evening meal, then the food was not as described on the menu, then spoken to by a rude cook. Breakfast was non existent, apparently chef hadn’t turned in, so the guy on reception said, so had to go to work with no breakfast. Not acceptable!!

Cons:

Restaurant waiting time for my food, and I was the only person in there. Not being able to have breakfast. Not even a continental!
No remote control in the room for the tv!

Good value
Pros:

Effficient and friendly staff. Good location and comfortable quiet room

Cons:

Room was exceptionally hot on arrival, and took at least 12 hours to be an acceptable temperature having turned off all heating. Temperature I believe was set at 30 degrees.
Just 2 t-bags provided for a 48hr stay, and no soap/ shower gel in shower dispenser.

It was close to alot if shops and food places

Cons:

The rooms were very dirty. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and in the shower. The bedsheets had stains on them. The AC in the rooms were not really working. I definitely would not stay here again. It is definitely not a 4* hotel.
