Hotel je umístěn klidné části, nejblíže k hranicím, je naprosto skvěle vybavený, čistý a personál velice příjemný.

Cons:

Nemají tam klasickou restauraci a v nabídce není točené pivo.

The hotel was absolutely amazing!
Everything was top-notch: the breakfasts were a delight, and both restaurants impressed us with their variety and quality. The spa was a real gem-after experiencing it, you’ll want to stay a few more days. Special thanks to the staff-everyone was incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay feel luxurious.

There was a minor issue with our room, but it was resolved quickly and professionally. As a thoughtful gesture, we were upgraded to a lovely room. That level of care and attention to guests really stands out.

Перше враження складає персонал на рецепції ! Їм треба бути більш любʼязно зустрічати та заселяти людей !!!!

Ресторани класні , їжа нормальна , була жива музика

Персонал на рецепції не приємний !
Хотілося вибачитись за те що приїхали таке відчуття !!
Вікна погані та чулося витяжки з вулиці
Гуділи всю ніч

При поселенні також не сказали , що вода гаряча з бойлера і її вистачає на мало ,
Я не встигла покупати дитину , і треба було чекати щоб нагрілася вода 45/60 хвилин
Було вже десята година вечора , і прийшлося вкладати не митого після важкої дороги !

Це в другий раз коли я зупинялась в цьому готелю !
Та останній раз !
