Pros:

The location is excellent – right near the beach and boasting a lovely shaded pool. The property is spacious and quiet, and the staff are friendly. While the interior is a bit dated, the generous amount of space makes up for it.

Cons:

The rooms were not as clean as expected. The kitchen in the family room was also quite dirty and lacked necessary utensils.

Highly recommend the family room!
Pros:

We enjoyed 5 days in this quiet boutique hotel and enjoyed it a lot! The location on top of the hill is perfect and you can see the Indian Ocean through the palms. There is a short walk to the beach which offers great surf for the whole family and nice small beach bars. Highly recommended if you want to avoid the stress from some of the more crowded places on the coast. Located in the small community SK Town 5 min tuktuk ride outside of Matara town.

Todo! Es un entorno maravilloso con vista al mar. (Te sugiero que tengas habitación con balcón al mar) Al lado de la playa. Sin ruidos en esta época. Muy tranquilo. El personal es maravilloso! Estamos muy agradecidas a Sajith y Thilina, que han estado disponibles y nos han ayudado en todo momento. Nos recibieron con zumos refrescantes y nos dieron la habitación antes porque llegamos temprano. Amables y muy respetuosos. La habitación es muy cómoda. La piscina super limpia! Todo es genial. Muy recomendable! Hemos estado muy felices.

Cons:

Solo por puntualizar algo, el aire acondicionado hacia un poco de ruido. Pero se duerme genial con ventilador.
