Sometimes your request are ignored but all is good
Everything is good, no issues ☺️
The problem is they don’t prioritize outside bookings like Booking.com and Agoda. We arrived at 1pm, we checked in at around 3:30 na. After numerous times of ff up sa kanila. We booked queen suite since 4 kami pero when we arrived at the room, good for 3 pax lang siya. Then tsaka lang nila sinabi na Junior Suite ang nabigay kasi fully book ang Queen Suite(They prioritize direct bookings.)
They promised to provide extra mattress but did not arrived. Towels were given at 11pm. Buti meron kaming dalang 1. Reason is fully booked.
Sayang, maganda yung hotel sana pero hassle siya.
Okay,close to everything
The staff was lack of communication,don’t know what they’re doing?No coffee ,no coffee mug,the surroundings were too dusty and dirty.The hallway smells poop

The only thing we appreciated about this hotel was its location, as it is in the heart of the city and close to many establishments and restaurants. Aside from that, nothing else stood out positively.
The room we booked did not feel properly prepared for our arrival. It was noticeably unclean, and several essential items were missing from the room. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.
The location is fantastic—all the major attractions are within a 5-minute walk. It’s perfectly tucked away from the busy main streets. After exploring shops and streets, you can quickly return to this cozy sanctuary. The room is clean, spacious, and filled with natural light, offering a wide, beautiful view. The entire environment is clean and well-maintained.
the water pressure seems not big enough,and the hot water also need to wait for a moment.
Despite I had told the staff to refill my shampoo,but it was still empty before I check out>.<
Also, the bathroom door doesn’t have a buffer when fully opened, so be careful not to push it too hard.

Nice room with comfortable beds.
Very noisy room by the window. I didn't get the room that I booked with bath tub and no reimbursement for giving me the wrong room. Very limited breakfast options.

No view fron our room. Sobrang tagal ni prepare yung room. Check in is 2pm. Nakapasok kami past 5 pm na.
