Pros:

Location is convenient.
Staff are friendly.
Affordable rates.

Cons:

Room:
▪︎ smells like someone from another room was smoking and the smell seeped through
▪︎ AC temp does not adjust accordingly (or I probably wasn't doing it right with the remote 😒)
▪︎ Toilet smells & semi-faulty flush
▪︎ Bathroom - used bath soap was left and the supposed free toiletry bottles were empty. Conditioner and body wash looked and smelled the sme, BTw.

It is a modern clean hotel BUT it has a serious problem which let me give it a review of 1/10 !!

Cons:

The management of this hotel doesn't respect the guest (me) nor the platform of booking.com !! when I arrived for check in, the receptionist refused to honour my booked room (which came with Genios 50% discount) and forced me to do a walk-in fresh booking with DOUBLE cost!
Then they asked for cash ONLY payment without giving me any kind of receipt!
This is awful bad behaviour which has been approved by the hotel management when I asked to speak with the manager!
It was really a bad experience so avoid booking with them.

Good WiFi And A Quiet Room For Video Meetings
Pros:

The internet handled my video meetings without any major issues. The room was also quiet enough that I could speak with clients without distractions.

Would Be Happy to Come Back Here
Pros:

The hotel suited the way I like to travel independent, flexible, and usually out exploring. Having clean, quiet, comfortable place to return to made the experience even better.

A wonderful and relaxing stay—highly recommended!

Pros:

It'a location near angeles city.

Cons:

There were no pillowcase covers, even though the staff assured us they would arrive on the day of our reservation. We checked in late, yet there were still no covers for the pillows. We ended up sleeping without pillows, which was very uncomfortable. On top of that, the rags left in the hallway smelled unpleasant. This was a very disappointing experience.

Overall they just need to maintain the rooms about cleanliness, but the stay is very relaxing.
Pros:

I liked that the hotel is very elegant and new. But the rooms are not properly cleaned and the sheets has stains on it. But the overall stay is very comfortable.

Cons:

We waited to be checked in by 9pm when originally it should be 7pm since we availed late check in due to work reasons. Though they extended our check out. When we checked the rooms there is no towels and slightly unclean, but since we are tired we let it be.

You get what you paid for...
Pros:

I found some of the staffs very helpful and accommodating, specially when we forgot some of our stuffs at the hotel after we checked out. The security guards were exemplary in providing customer service. Receptionists have professional demeanor.

Cons:

I am most concern about the housekeeping staffs not being provided with gloves when collecting trash.
Why are clients be charged extra if sheets are stained ?
There's a musky smell upon entering the hotel lobby.
