Pros:

One and only draw back is lift. However the manager is asking any people who are suffering or aged peoples are in the group.

Inconsiderate staff and greedy:(
Pros:

Breakfast was nice given that there were coupons. But the hotel staff doesn’t want the customers to use the coupons. We had to fight to use of 500 rupees coupon.

Cons:

We ended up booking for 2 days even though we only got there at 2AM and left by 5PM the same day.

They gave us just one towel even though we had a suite.

The accomodation was not prepared to our liking until we got there.

Everyone in the group was over 60 but the staff gave no considerations.


They wasn’t hot water available 24/7 in the room for shower. Everything is on demand.

The suite didn’t have a kettle to warm up hot water.

Really we had a great experience... The stay was quite comfortable.. Nice food adjacent to the hotel at nominal price. Incharge Mr Mahendran was affectionate and pleasing.. All the staffs were very cordial.. Near to Thanjavur temple.. Enjoyed our stay...

Pros:

Location, staff courtesy, cleanliness were good. There is a veg restaurant adjacent to this lodge which is self service and always crowded but the food is of very good quality.

Cons:

Fans were noisy and windows had squeaking noise, they were not replaced or maintained.
