Amazing and well worth the money!!
Pros:

Great location, very clean and high end feeling, with exceptionally friendly staff. 10/10

Cons:

I think it’d help if there were instructions by the thermostat because we didn’t realize it was on a timer setting so the AC turned off during the night and we were hot, but this was obviously our fault. It would help if there were simple instructions right by it or on the room info paper!

La situation stratégique de l’hôtel

Cons:

Ils n’ont pas pris en compte m’a demande de rester tard et payer le supplément car j’avais un avion à prendre tard. De plus je suis resté 4 nuits chez eux. Pas content !

My daughter and I stayed here for one night on our way out of San Jose. It was very easy to get to the airport. Perfect
Pros:

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The shower was amazing.
I particularly like the rooftop restaurant. The view was amazing and the food was delicious.

Good place to stay in transit.
Pros:

Easy location to leave San Jose assuming you have satnav. Also they were happy for us to have our hire car delivered there.

Cons:

In a bit of a grubby area but fine for one night after arriving from airport

A bit of peace in a mental city!
Pros:

Unusual building with a beautiful rooftop restaurant. Good sized room and nice breakfast. Good lounging around area with complimentary tea and coffee whilst waiting for airport pick up.

Cons:

Although the staff were amazing, I have coeliacs and feel that the restaurant staff could be more educated about food allergies. Although the staff were very helpful and friendly
