Apartment Wagner

The location is great, less than 5 minutes from the metro station Wagner, quiet and safe area. The host is the best I've ever had, fast responsive and very flexible in terms of the stay.

The place itself is good. I rented a room with a double bed on the second floor. You have to go up a narrow staircase — it was fine for me, but if you are a larger person, it might be uncomfortable.

The location is good, right in front of a metro station, which was very convenient. One day I decided to walk to the Duomo — the walk itself was nice and took me about 35 minutes.

The place was calm with no noise from outside, except for one thing: during my stay, there was construction work on the building. This meant that from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM you could hear noise from outside. However, evenings were quiet, and the workers only worked on weekdays — weekends were peaceful.

Расположение квартиры очень хорошее, рядом метро, магазины, рынок, кафе и рестораны. В квартире есть всё необходимое, очень комфортно и чисто. На первом этаже есть комната с собственной ванной комнатой, где есть душ и туалет, на втором - полноценная кухня, где есть всё необходимое для приготовления пищи, также есть холодильник, кофемашина и посудомоечная машина. Также есть стиральная машина, гладильная доска и утюг. На третьем этаже есть две комнаты, каждая с собственной ванной комнатой (душ и туалет). В ванной комнате есть фен, туалетные принадлежности. Интернет работает очень хорошо. Хозяйка квартиры Джейд очень внимательна и заботлива. Я в восторге.

La ubicación si bien no estaba en el centro, el barrio es muy tranquilo y el metro a media cuadra, lo que facilitaba mucho el transporte a 15 min del duomo y a 25 min de la estación Milano Centrale. La habitación limpia y sábanas impecablemente blancas, tienes agua a disposición y la atención me encantó, Jade es muy buena y preocupada con todos los detalles. Me faltó más cobija y me la dió de inmediato, me hizo sentir acompañada y como en casa, ah y el plus de poder lavar la ropa.

Self catering kitchen well stocked modern and comfortable with everything you would need and more the property is very clean. Jade The host is a kind hearted absolutely devoted to the welfare of her guest .

Semplicemente perfetto! In primis l assistenza di Giada, sempre presente e tiene l appartamento pulitissimo ed accessoriato praticamente di tutto! La cucina in comune con le altre 2 camere è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici possibili, nuovissimi e moderni. Si trova tutto per poter cucinare in autonomia ( olio, sale, dalse etc tutto di ottima qualita). La stanza è comodissima e fornita di macchina e cialde x caffè in abbondanza. La posizione è fantastica: davvero 4, e dico 4, passi dalla fermata Metro Wagner e questo consente di poter rientrare a piacimento anche più volte al giorno. Palazzo signorile e zona tranquillissima anche di notte. Supermercato aperto fino a tardi a 200 metri.
Il rapporto qualità prezzo è il migliore tra tutti i soggiorni effettuati.. Non cercate altro a Milano perché appartamento Wagner è davvero insuperabile ! Grazie Giada e mr. Cipullo: a rivederci presto!

Everything was clean and comfortable, the metro station is very close and the host was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location. Good amenities in the room. Very warm, comfortable bed. There was even a Dyson Hairdrier, a lot of coffes for the coffee machine, Brita water filter etc...

It was perfectly clean and very spacious especially for 1 person, there were many extra little things provided like water, coffee capsules and sugar, and a bench/stand where u can sit and eat. The shower was very good as well!! Also very quiet around! And literally outside the metro station! A really pleasant stay!

The room was spacious and the bed was very good.
There was some nice amenities that made our stay comfortable, like bottle of water, shower products, etc.
The host was accommodating to our late arrival (delayed flight).
The room is in a courtyard, not directly on the street so it's very calm at night.
The area is fantastic to visit Milan, with plenty of nice local food options around the room.

The location is great, just next to the tram station. The hostess was nice, didn't complicate and recommended the best morning coffee in the area. The room is small but tidy and clean.
