Le petit-déjeuner était excellent
Les équipements de la chambre ne fonctionnaient pas (télévision, internet, canapé en mauvais état)
Le personnel est aimable, disponible. Les lits sont confortables. La climatisation fonctionne partout. Les placards sont nombreux. Le balcon est spacieux et sécurisé. Le petit-déjeuner et la piscine ont été parfaits.
La télé ne marche pas. L’internet ne passe pas dans nos chambres. Le canapé d’un salon est en mauvais état (peut blesser). Un réfrigérateur n’a pas pu être mis en marche. Il n’y a pas de sèche cheveux. Dans le plateau bouilloire, il n’y a pas de sachets de thé, de sucre, de café proposés.
Very friendly staff, always trying to help. Room was very clean. We had a perfect sleep on a good matres with good working AC. Dinner was also good. Pool is nice.
Very cozy residence situated in a very safe neighborhood. The staff were very courteous and polite, the room was spacious and the AC units are extremely efficient for anyone who would be wondering. The owner offered to drive me to the airport on my second day to pick up the luggage that the airline had forgotten to bring. It was very nice of him.
If I had to write anything in this section, I'd say I got bored of the breakfasts after 3 days and then got my own groceries. There was though, a cook on site and there was various choice of meals for lunch and dinner, and also an outside bar on site.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and assisted me to get to the airport on time. The facilities were great and my room was bigger than expected (great value for money!) and even though I arrived a little late due to airport delays the restaurant/bar was still open and I could get something to eat and drink.
There was a very bad smell around the property due to the rain that caused accumulated water around. Thus, being around the pool or the bar was difficult, and it was simpler to stay in the room. That was a temporary problem through as I came there previously and it was all fine.
Apart from that, everything was fine.
