Important information:

Guests traveling by car should take the exit Deidesheim on the A65 and should approach the hotel via Bahnhofstrasse. Cars may be parked at the hotel entrance, staff will then park them in the property's car park.

four-legged friends are very welcome in our regional restaurant "Sankt Urban" and in some of our rooms, pets are not permitted in our gourmet restaurant "Schwarzer Hahn" or in our breakfast venue.

Das Hotel ist einfach grandios und wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Das Hotel erfüllt alle Kriterien einer 5-Sterne-Klassifizierung.. Es bietet ein perfektes Ambiente, eine hervorragende Kulinarik und ein außergewöhnlich freundliches und engagiertes Personal.

Frühstück:
Das Brot, die Brötchen und die anderen Backwaren stammen von einem Traditionsbäcker aus Neustadt. Die Qualität des Buffetangebots ist einfach außergewöhnlich. Die Beschwerden einiger Gäste über das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis beim Frühstück können wir nicht nachvollziehen. In welchem Fünfsternehotel werden auf Bestellung diverse Eierspeisen, darunter Poached Eggs auf geröstetem Bauernbrot mit Avocados, direkt am Tisch serviert? Das ist Sterneküche! Dazu gibt es Winzersekt von Menger-Krug in Champagner-Qualität.

Restaurant:
Die Restaurantküche ist weit über die Landesgrenzen hinaus bekannt. Die Bilder-Galerie mit Prominenten und nationalen sowie internationalen Politikern spricht für sich.

Zimmer:
Unser Zimmer war in einem tadellosen Zustand. Dessen Einrichtung und Mobiliar waren geschmackvoll und luxuriös.

Fazit: Wir sind begeistert und unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen.

Had a wonderful stay!
Pros:

Surprisingly modern yet classic rooms. Everything was super clean and the staff was exceptional.

Gerne wieder, allerdings Frühstück extern und mit vorheriger Klärung des Parkplatz Entgeltes.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut, jedoch für 30 EUR pro Person in einem 5 Sterne Hotel hätte ich mehr erwartet, verglichen mit anderen 5 Sterne Hotels in denen wir bisher waren.
Zimmer war sehr gut, Matratzen etwas zu weich für uns. Aber das Ambiente ist sehr schön!

Cons:

Die Parkentgelte! Völlig unverständlich warum auf dem Aussenparkplatz von 4,- EUR / Tag die Rede ist, man dann aber im Hotel 9 EUR abgerechnet bekommt! Hier wäre eine bessere Schulung der Mitarbeiter diesbzgl. angebracht.

Für eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung, unbedingt buchen würde ich es nicht noch einmal.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Marktplatz ist natürlich sehr gut, man ist direkt im Geschehen und hat gleich mehrere Restaurants, Gaststuben und eine Wein-Bar gegenüber. Die Zimmer sind völlig in Ordnung, nichts außergewöhnliches aber gut in Schuss. Der hoteleigenen Parkplatz (gebührenpflichtig) ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, das nimmt einem das Problem der Parkplatzsuche. Sehr nett war auch noch das Angebot von 2 kleine Wasserflaschen für die Rückfahrt.

Cons:

Das ganze Hotel ist sehr verwinkelt und wenn man es mit seinem Koffer bis unters Dach geschafft hat, ist man erstmal durch. Leider erreicht der Aufzug nicht alle Etagen, also Treppe hoch, Treppe runter, Achtung bei der Dachschräge. Das Frühstück war gut. alles da (Kaffee, Saft, Aufschnitt, Lachs, Käse, frische Eierspeisen, Marmelade, dazu Brot, Brötchen, Obst und Müsli), was man aus Hotels kennt. Dafür werden pro Person 30 Euro berechnet, das sind fast Frankfurter Preise und für so einen kleinen Ort wie Deidesheim recht hoch gegriffen, da hier nichts außergewöhnliches angeboten wurde.
