Overall it was a good stay and my family also liked it
Pros:

Staff were cooperative and made tasy food
The owner Manjunath was extremely cooperative
Coming to the location, although it is little far from Main gokarna ,since it is already known before booking itself that's not a major complaint if we have our own vehicle
But it is very close to gokarana station and highway was 1 km away

Cleaning could have been done

Rooms are good with functional AC and Geyser for water.
Occasional trains passing by are a spectacle to behold

The location is a bit far from the temple or beach but if you have a car it's 20 mins drive

Great host
Pros:

The owner and manager are very helpful and obliging and the manager will cook basic South Indian food.
The room was excellent, clean and good bathroom.
Excellent beds good sleep.
I have given a 3 for the location for sightseeing but it is a 5 for train proximity.

The stay was relaxing, pleasant, and exactly what we needed for our trip. The hospitality was great, and we truly enjoyed our time here. All good but disappointed
Pros:

Everything is good apart from property owners

Cons:

I booked two rooms which accomodates by group, initially when I speak with property owner they said if we can adjust they are OK. During check in time they we had to pay extra 1000 rupees for with out getting any thing extra from what I booked and asking us to adjust even after paying extra. And they asked to cancel my stay from booking.com app and give discount if I book with them directly which is costing more than offered from platform. The discussion should be transparent as we can't wait outside the door with kids after a long journey

Best hone stay in Gokarna
Pros:

This place is excellent considering the rooms, cleanliness, service and the location . Really good for families.

Breakfast is homely and one of the very best.

Mr.Mohan the caretaker is supportive and available.

Suggest to visit this property for your comfortable stay.

Pros:

Hospitality was very good and the room was also very clean and comfortable. The location of the stay is very peaceful and nice
For cars there is a free parking which is very good .
The ac and hot water is available for the whole day and overall the stay was amazing and worth for the money

Cons:

There is one thing and I think that is for the season we went there
There were insects coming into our room maybe it was our fault too as we kept the door open sometimes.
