Hotel Experience

We chose this hotel as a place for a quiet отдых for two, and we were extremely disappointed by what happened.

Only after we had already checked in were we informed that there would be a party at the hotel. Loud late-night events like this are completely unacceptable for a hotel of this level. Our room was located on the first floor not far from the bar, and until around 3 a.m. it was impossible to sleep because of drunk shouting, people singing into microphones, loud music, and constant noise.

Even aside from this situation, the hotel itself was generally fine in terms of cleanliness and service. However, no comfort, no housekeeping, and no “four-star” rating can compensate for a completely ruined night and the lack of basic respect for guests.

People come to a hotel to relax, not to unwillingly take part in a drunken party all night long. If the management knows in advance that such events will take place, guests should be warned BEFORE booking, or at the very least not placed near the party area.

Unfortunately, instead of rest and relaxation, we got a sleepless night and a very unpleasant experience.

We came at 8th of march and our room was near reception and restaurant on the 1st floor. And as they celebrated, it was very loud on that night 😞

But beside that everything was just top 10/10

As a downside, the breakfast was not a buffet; instead, you had to choose from a menu with a limit of one dish per person. After staying in hundreds of hotels across three continents, this was the first time I left breakfast still hungry and thirsty.
