Pros:

The lesiure facility.

Cons:

We noticed the room wasn't dusted properly over the bed, and there was a jelly sweet just beside the bed!

On the first morning for breakfast, some of the sausages were off (sour). I did get a slight tummy upset from it. I had half a sausage. It was brought to the attention of the kitchen staff and the removed the sausages.

The fire alarm went off at 1am in the morning.
While on the 2nd morning in the leisure facilities the electricity went off leaving the steam room to not work properly.

Surrounding were pleasant

Cons:

Our room window was backed onto the car park so everyone could look straight in the room. The staff were young and too pushy in the restaurant! Very dull night in hotel with not a lot going on.

Lovely place and staff just lacking a little bit of attention to detail.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were most helpful.

Cons:

Dinner service was very poor. We had originally booked for 6pm on the 16th but changed it on the 15th when we arrived at reception to 7.30pm on the 16th. When we arrived at the dining room at 7.30 it was still down for 6pm. We were told that it was OK that they could still fit us in. We ordered starter ,main and drink. Starter and drink arrived promptly but were left waiting for main for ages. 2 couples that had come in after us had their starter and main eaten before someone came and asked if we were still waiting for our main. When we replied yes they apologised and returned shortly afterwards with our main. As we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary it just was very disappointing.
