Cleanliness was the main issue. Bed sheets were itchy, the room was dusty, the old air conditioner noisy. Could not sleep one minute.
High standards. Comfortable, modern and clean. Good size inside. I have stayed before and probably will again.

The staff were amazing, apartment was clean and helped to check in at a late hour. The security guard even offered his moped to go around the city :)
The apartment is located on a small road but the car is accessible. Near many foods, room is clean and spacious, staff are polite and helpful. Recommended!

The property was spacious, had good air conditioning and they provided all necessary toiletries. They also cleaned our room everyday and dried the towels.
There was a tree with some huge leaves right beside the room and during the night, it would knock over the room and create some noise. Also we would hear noise from the floors above. These were minor so no issues there. The bathroom was spacious. The room was basically a service apartment and had extra amenities like an induction stove, hair dryer, fridge etc. So if you want to work from this place you can, although we didn’t.
The staff were helpful, warm and friendly. They were able to let me do a late midnight checkin too, I informed them in advance and they took care of it. We asked for a scooter but it had a 1,000,000 VND deposit which we didn’t see in other places like Hue or Hoi An. The location might be an issue since this was a bit far from downtown Saigon and we had to use Grab frequently. Even when we reached this place, it was a bit hard to find at the first time.
I would recommend this place if you’re in Saigon although you might find cheaper places elsewhere.
