Einfache Ausstattung - unkomplizierter CheckIn
Pros:

Einfacher schneller automatischer Check in.
Ruhige Nebenstraße.

Cons:

Tw. Fehlende Vorhänge , daher zu hell in der Nacht.
Bettdecken hatten unangenehmen Geruch.

Zentrumsnah, kalt, staubig.
Pros:

Die Zentrumsnähe war super. Zu Fuß oder mit der Bahn ist es nicht weit ins Zentrum.

Cons:

Kalt, die Heizung auf Stern, das Zimmer eiskalt, die Heizung so unterdimensioniert, dass das Zimmer auch nach 12h keine angenehme Wärme hatte. Dafür waren die die Decken so dünn, dass wir nachts froren.

Rauchgeruch, das erste Zimmer stank wie eine Raucherkneipe, das war dafür geheizt, aber der Geruch war unerträglich, so dass wir uns bei Ankunft telefonisch beschwerten. Dieses Zimmer wurde dann gegen das kalte Zimmer getauscht. Nur wussten wir da noch nicht, dass die Heizung zu klein sein würde.

Defekte Küchenzeile, unhygienische, aufgequollene Küchenmöbel, Kühlschrank der riesigen Lärm macht - mitten in der Nacht.

Staubiges Bad, Fliesenkante voll Monate altem Staub, Handtuchtrockner zwischen den Rohren verstaubt, so dass man die Handtücher da nicht trocknen will.

Gefährlich, das Zimmer (105, Hausnummer 11a) hat eine vereiste Dachterrasse, ohne Balkonbrüstung.
Die Balkontür war nicht abgeschlossen.

Akzeptable Unterkunft für wenig Geld. Aber nichts zum genießen.
Pros:

Obwohl eigentlich vollautomatisiert, war sofort jemand an Telefon zu erreichen und konnte auch helfen.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt im Hinterhaus einer geschlossen bebauten Strassenzeile. An der Tür. An der Straße, die durch einen Durchgang in den Hinterhof führt ist praktisch kein Hinweis auf das Hotel. Und da ist der Eindruck auch schäbig bis versifft. Im Hinterhof selbst und in den Treppenhäusern ist es dann okay. Die Zimmer sind sauber aber schon auch etwas lieblos.

Günstig und gute Lage, aber etwas pfui.
Cons:

Es stank aus dem Bad nach Toilette und kaltem Rauch. Ich konnte jedes Wort und Geräusch des Paares aus dem nächsten Zimmer hören. Hätte lieber 10-20€ mehr gezahlt und mich weniger geekelt über die Gerüche. Ausstattung ist beyond Ikea auf Kik-Level.

Für eine Übernachtung ausreichend.
Pros:

Die Lage war zentral und für mein Vorhaben passend.
Das Zimmer war sauber, mit einer Kochgelegenheit.

Cons:

Das Fenster lag zu dem Eingang, sodass ich Gäste, die nachts ankamen leider hörte.

Pros:

I liked the location and the helpfulness of the staff

Cons:

I didn't like the temperature of the room when we arrived (it was a sauna due to the sun shining on the windows for hours, it's sufficient to close the curtains once cleaning is done), and there were no signs to help us understand the parking rules on the street.
The cleansiness of the bathroom wasn't that thorough and it smelled a bit.

Overpriced for the size
Pros:

Check-in was relatively easy and quick

Cons:

Tiny room, tiny bathroom, people outside the window chatting on their mobile phones and smoking (fair enough our room was located close to the self-checkin facility.) A little bit noisy but not too bad. Also didn't appreciate the fact that a compulsory bed fee was levied at check-in which was roughly 5% of the initial price.

Most expensive basic room ever
Pros:

The bed was nice and comfortable and the room is well located

Cons:

Way too expensive for what it is. No fan or ac. Also the faucet for ‘kitchen’s sink was loose. Was unable to pay the bed tax online prior to arrival.
