Location is good for walking around the old town and having access to most of the sights.
STAY AWAY! The room WAS IN THE BASEMENT!!!! The small windows that couln't even be closed fully, were literally half a meter from the street and we couldn't sleep the entire time we were there because of the noise of cars, motorcycles and the smell of fuel! I am not overexaggerating - engines would rev 2 meters from your pillow.
People would stay in front of our window all the time and we could hear even when they were just talking casually as if they are in the room with us.
We had to have the shades fully shut the entire stay, regardless of the time of day.
This was a TERRIBLE experience, especially comparing the prices to other venues in the area. When booking the pictures showed a nice proper ABOVE GROUND room with windows and when I asked to be given another room - the reception desk person just shrugged.
The key to the room's door was the most basic number 4 key, which you could buy off any hardware store and just enter it. There wasn't anyone at reception desk most of the time and we had to lock the front door of the hotel ourselves. My partner couldn't even move the front door, it was so heavily stuck to the carpet even I was struggling and I am a well-built and fit 100 kg man.
There wasn't a single chair in the room. The bathroom was tiny and there was just a tiny small shampoo bottle for single use. There were just 2 towels and NOTHING else.
I've stayed at hotels all over the world and this is one of the worst rooms I've ever been in.

Noting much to say brand new hotel cant really go wrong very cute hotel with good service good staff. slept so comfortable on the comfy bed.

This is a brand new hotel so everything in it was also very comfy and luxury ı had great stay new beds staff was so helpfull
and location was cozy and central to all sightseeing and 5 min walk to the sea front will reccomend for sure

What can i say it has an amazing location literally 3 to 4 mins to grand bazaar also the rooms are brand new and great hospitality if you ever need any information or have any questions you can always ask the receptionist i would recommend everyone that visits istanbul to come and check out this lovely hotel will be visiting again Lighthouse family

Brand new place every thing felt clean and pristine. Location was good, just a few minutes walk from the Blue Mosque and centre of Sultanamhet
Very noisy rooms at the front of the hotel. Need to do something about that ! Maybe double or triple glazing units in the windows ?
