Pros:

С момента брони с нами были на связи на протяжении 2х недель. Мы просили этаж ниже. Приехали в 3 часа ночи нас встретили и разместили и даже сами напомнили что мы хотели этаж ниже. Нам предоставили комнату лучше чем мы бронировали. Кондиционер отлично работает. В комнате чисто и уютно. Есть чай тефаль и одноразовые стаканчики (много хватило на 7 дней) когда просили у нас чисто убрались и меняли постель и полотенца. Персонал отзывчивый всегда помогают. Завтраки сытные. Спасибо Гульназ за вкусные завтраки. Местоположение очень и очень удобное. 10 мин до Сулеймание и 10 мин до эминуну. Метро халич рядом. Рядом с отелем множество пекарней и местных кафешек. Египетский базар тоже рядом находился. Советую всем.

Excellent séjour, je recommande
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée. Le personnel était très accueillant et serviable. L’emplacement est parfait, proche des commodités. Nous avons également apprécié le petit-déjeuner, qui était varié et de bonne qualité. Nous recommandons cet établissement avec plaisir !

Pros:

Clean room excellent staff. breakfast was okay but not much variety and smell was a bit too much ....but overall I would go again the location was great and easy

Отель чистый, уютный, номера комфортные, питание разнообразное и вкусное. Атмосфера очень приятная, сотрудники всегда вежливые и готовы помочь. Отдельно хочется отметить менеджера Хамзу. Это настоящий профессионал своего дела — внимательный, доброжелательный и отзывчивый. Он оперативно помогал с любыми вопросами, всегда был на связи и сделал всё, чтобы наш отдых прошёл максимально комфортно. Благодаря таким сотрудникам хочется возвращаться в этот отель снова.
Большое спасибо за гостеприимство! С удовольствием рекомендую этот отель всем, кто планирует здесь остановиться.

Персонал вежливый , спасибо Гуле и парню на ресепшене заселили раньше )
