Good location, friendly staffs, decent room
Pros:

Staff at the front desk and also the one bring us to the room are friendly. Room is spacious and comfy.

Cons:

When we checked in there is no toilet paper and only 2 bath towels (we are four people). But when I requested through WhatsApp they brought us immediately.

Pros:

The stuff on the reception was really helpful and outgoing. The location of the hotel was good, the metro station wasn't too far away either. For being quite in the Down Town area, it wasn't that noisy during the night.

Cons:

The name of the hotel is only written in Arabic on booking.com. As the Google maps hasn't the location fully correct we had to ask a bit around, but I couldn't even tell the name of the hotel as I don't read Arabic.
