Fab location for car show
Ground floor level access and facilities. Food and dining available after hours of travelling. Such a convenient location close to route alternatives. Everything catered for in an overnight stop and more. Very pleasant surroundings
Nothing really, just a couple of mentions. Nice walk in shower but no hand or safety features only a plastic suction stick on handle, so dangerouse for even partially disabled. Slip mat not sufficient needs two. No proper mirror in shower room only tiny square hand held on windowsil, no good for a man's shave. Window blind had to kept down all the time due to constant internal view from busy outside area, needs blind with partial vision block that can be changed to full block for night.

Modern, clean, handy for motorway.
Just one thing - they need to put a bath mat in the shower. They were very slippy and someone could have a bad accident.

Breakfast and dinner were extra but was aware of this in advance. Restaurant food and service excellent so worth the extra Bar service and reception very friendly and efficient

Next to main road. A bit on the expensive side. Restaurant service a bit inconsistent: one minute rushed and other times quite slow.

I travel frequently around the country for business and by chance identified your hotel when looking for an alternative.....And was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness , modern premium facilities and big rooms.
Probably what really set it apart was the staff service at breakfast. I went to the dining room to book breakfast and asked where i could make coffee but had to go outside first to take call. The lady staff member said not to worry and broight me coffee outside ...she dd not have to but going the "extra mile" was so welcoming Thankyou

Comfortable room. Nice outside area and bar to enjoy an evening drink. Delicious restaurant food and lovely breakfast selection. During heatwave it would be nice to have an option for a fan (or air conditioning).
Lovely hotel, clean and very comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent food.
