Cons:

I would suggest to fix the elevator, which doesn't follow any logic, going to random floors when calling it or being inside it.

Great location and facilities, close to public transport
Pros:

Great location that was quite central and close to lots of public transport options. Easy check-in at kiosks. Great facilities with a shared kitchen area, laundry room, ping pong table, and more. They also had a great luggage storage room that you can use after checkout.

Cons:

They only clean your room every third day which is fine as they do say this when you make a booking. However, they also say that you are able to request additional cleaning at any time. I requested for my room to be cleaned after a couple nights, but they denied it because they said I was not staying long enough (I stayed for 3 nights). I was okay with my room not getting additional cleaning, but I think its very misleading to say that guests are able to request additional cleaning at any time, but deny the request when they ask.

Definitely not recommended
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in a European capital city - room carpet dirty and sticky, lifts under construction and the one working lift not working properly (I was on 4th floor and had to carry my case down the stairs); check in system not working with no signs to direct people to reception, chaotic at breakfast with clearly mouldy fruit left in the bowl (I didn’t bother for my second morning).

Well-located, with daily room service and great price.
Pros:

CityBox is well located, within walking distance from everywhere, near EU institutions and nightlife hotspots. Beds are comfy, rooms have daily cleaning and check-in is smooth.

Cons:

Unfortunately they were renovating elevators during my stay. Only one out of three was working and during busy times, I had to wait a bit, or walk downstairs. I had room 707, right next to the bed there was a schaft door which was not insulated and air which sometimes smelled like cigarettes was coming out of it. Next time I will request other room than 707. I had to cover the schaft opening with a pilow so I blocked the flow.

Inbreker in de kamer en geen tegemoedkoming van het hotel.
Cons:

Er is om 4u ‘s nachts een man in onze kamer binnengestapt. Dit was een enorm enge ervaring, we waren ernorm geschrokken. En hebben nog amper geslapen hierna. We snappen niet hoe de man een kaartje had om onze kamer binnen komen. Volgens het hotel hebben wij onze kamer gewoon opengelaten. Ik denk dat er een fout is met hun kaartjes of sloten en dat ze dit niet toegeven. Als hotel is de veiligheid van de klant normaal gezien een prioriteit.

The stay was enjoyable, but it could have been improved.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Nothing extraordinary, though. The staff working in the breakfast lounge were very polite and helpful.

The location is excellent, literally on Place Stephanie, and only a couple of minutes' walk from Louise metro station.

Cons:

It was a little noisy in the evening/at night because of the restaurant just across the street and the tram station at Place Stephanie.

Unfortunately, our stay coincided with the lift being restored. The works started at 7:30 am on Friday morning and at 7:10 am on Saturday!

There are no wardrobes, only hooks and hangers on the wall.

Check-in was more difficult than expected due to technical problems. However, the staff were very helpful!
