On of the third class staff and place no support from their side i booked their room my booking was confirmed and I called them one day before my arrival to just check if the room was actually avilable they said yes but the staff told me that they are not able to give me my the room just because the couldn't see details i showed them my booking and all but still I waited for 2hrs and finally i booked another hotel but one of the worst experience of my life don't go their the want to loot you for extra cash
