Inte 5 stjärnigt hotell, smutsigt och tråkigt bemötande

Cons:

Vi blev mycket besvikna över detta hotell - inte i närheten av 5 stjärnigt. Vi checkade in senare på kvällen och möttes av ett smutsigt badrum, hår på golvet och damm, tvål/schampoo helt slut inne i duschen, toalettpappret var i princip slut. Badrummet och rummet överlag var väldigt daterat och hade behövt fräschas upp. Vi påpekade detta till personalen som inte alls visade någon förståelse för vår frustration. Vi blev erbjudna 5 euro i kompensation vilket kändes befängt. Tyvärr kommer vi inte tillbaka hit. Det fanns inte det där lilla extra eller engagemanget, även trist att bli bemött av otrevlig personal.

Classic for a road trip with great food and a spa
Pros:

Comfortable classic country-style hotel. We have stayed more than a half dozen times. The service level is perfect and comfortable without crossing over to fussy or pretentious. The restaurant is great as well.

Cons:

The beds are twin side-by-side so they can end up sliding apart in the night. Not air conditioned.
