Overall, our stay was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and absolutely not worth the price.
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with a clean and pleasant environment.

Cons:

The staff are poorly trained and lack professionalism. Their SOPs are questionable…for instance, the janitor was sweeping aggressively in the waiting lounge, raising dust while guests were resting. To make matters worse, the receptionist/cashier was found sleeping upon our arrival, yet still showed attitude during check-in.

Still not able to come out of what i have gone through there. There was fire accident no one has informed, there was a smoke smell then I woke up I my self, I am an Asthma patient. I have to run down then only I got to know about all this if this was major what would have been the situation then. When I asked this to them they r blabbering i was clue less, just packed thing no bath nothing just got in to car I drove back. Completely panic . Sti i am
Suffering because of this. PLEASE BE RESPONSIVE ATLEAST IN EMERGENCY TIMES. THEY WERE NEGLEGENT.

We are two adults and two kids,just there for a night stay , only provided 2 small bottles of water which is not enough especially that climate, for the rate they can give some more .
