満足です
Pros:

スタッフの方も丁寧な対応で、お安く宿泊する事ができました。建物は古いようですがお部屋はリノベーションされ綺麗でした。

Cons:

ホテルの駐車場が満車だっため、少し離れたとこに駐車場がありました。

コスパ最高！
Pros:

とにかくお安く泊まれて良かったです。

駐車場も間違えて工事用車両のためのスペースに停めてしまったのですが、移動させなくても良いとのことでありがたかったです。

フロントの方もチェックインの人が続いていて大変そうでしたが、丁寧に対応していただけて気分良く泊まることができました。

耳栓を無料でもらえたのがとても良かったです。

Cons:

朝、他の部屋からの移動の音とかは丸聞こえでしたが、私は特に気にならず。
シャワースペースは狭かったですが、お値段を考えると許容範囲でした。

館内全体に清潔感はありました。

Cons:

建物の作りが古いので、清潔なのに古いことで心象が上向きにならないのが勿体ないなと感じた。
家族ユースをターゲットにしているのに、フロントの女性スタッフが、館内説明をしている際に、次に待っている家族連れの子ども(未就学児)が、声を出していたら、「静かにしていただけますか？」と黙るように話したのはマズいなと思いました。そんなに迷惑なボリュームではないし、親からしたらただの会話だとの感覚なはず。

値段を優先するか、設備を我慢するか。
Pros:

駐車場に限りありますが無料で停めることが出来る。スーパーマーケットが歩いて1分と好立地です。朝食は600円台で日替わりランチでした。

Cons:

古いホテルなのでトイレが古くウォシュレットがない。シャワーの温度調節が難しく浴びていても熱い冷たいを繰り返すのでお子さまは気をつけて火傷します。冬は部屋が寒いので暖房をオンにして迎えてほしいです。
