Muito caro pro serviço que oferece, sujo.
Cons:

Estrutura é simples, mas precisa ter higiene, colchão sem capa super sujo, imundo, lençol menor que o colchão jogado por cima que não ficava preso.
Fronha encardida;
Os cantos do quarto, móveis e banheiro todos sujos encardidos.
Vaso com tampa quebrada.
Chuveiro com uma crosta de sujeira.
Colchão parece uma canoa, você deita na lateral e escorrega pro meio da cama.
Iluminação péssima, frigobar fraco.
Muito caro pela qualidade do serviço.
Simplicidade não é sinônimo de Higiene.
