Disappointing, particularly given the cost. With so many other options available in the area, will not recommend to frie

Setting, view and design

Cons:

No check-in process, which made life difficult since when we arrived it was apparently “closed for private function.” Ants (dead and alive) in the coffee machine water tank. Rubbish in the drawer from previous occupants. Previously-arranged bubbly and chocolates were not in the room. Nothing but an apology offered on check-out.

Very spacious, clean and had everything we needed! Absolutely loved having a private pool with an outdoor heater supplied for the cooler days/nights. Overall had a very positive experience!!

Special accommodation with stunning vineyard views. Worth paying that little bit extra to stay here
Pros:

The location is great in the middle of the wineries. The rooms or Pavilions are all at ground level and very private. The room is spacious with a patio that looks directly onto the vineyard. The fixtures and fittings are all high quality, including a fresh bean, coffee machine, linen and barbeque on the patio area. We did the free wine tasting, which was informative and we liked the wines. We did not go to the restaurant as it is not open early in the week. My top tips in the area are Star of Greece restaurant in Port Willunga and The Cube D'Arenburg winery.

Beautiful room and property

Cons:

I wish the pool was heated and the outdoor area had some more wind protection. It was very windy and cold at night so the outdoor heater wasn’t able to stay on. Would be a possible issue during the height of winter

Winery retreat
Pros:

Great location in a beautiful winery - the free wine tasting included in stay were great (including a non-alc option). The rooms were very spacious with a great balcony and privacy, very comfy bed, great coffee machine and sweet treat on arrival. The decor was beautiful and the rooms felt like new.

Cons:

We felt the photos and ad was misleading - when we booked it looked like rooms have a bathtub which was one of the reasons we paid for this more expensive accommodation over others we were looking at. I was disappointed to arrive and find this wasn't the case.

Peaceful, relaxing and luxurious.
Pros:

Beresford Estate was amazing and everything was as advertised or better! Picturesque location and large, spacious accomodation. The customer service from Jason and his team was exceptional! I can’t recommend Beresford Estate more!!

Exceptional experience not just a place to stay! 100% quality with outstanding service,wine and food.
Pros:

Exceptional in every way. From the moment of booking there was clear communication. It exceeded my expectations. The staff were amazing and Belinda ( manager) went above and beyond to cater for my special needs. The wine was amazing, they had so much to offer. I would highly recommend this Property to stay! Just magnificent in every way♥️
