Loved the hot tub, however, there were was some debris in the hot tub, which we mentioned to staff to address.

Excelente localização.

Cons:

Preço excessivo, não corresponde à qualidade. A suite é húmida ao ponto de embaciar os vidros, o AC não aquece o suficiente. Chão manchado e higiene descuidada. Algumas mantas não pareciam ter sido lavadas, havia um cheiro de outros cães no ambiente, sofás inclusive, também com manchas. Lençóis da cama demasiado frios para o inverno. Ao mínimo já querem cobrar algo extra. Pequeno almoço fraco para a zona. Não deixam os animais de estimação andar sem trela nem frequentar a maior parte dos espaços (não é pet friendly), no entando apareceu um cão no terraço que depois nos seguiu e foi na direção da minha cadela de forma agressiva. Ao questionar as funcionárias informaram que era um cão da propriedade.

O quarto é de dimensões muito generosas, e a decoração é muito funcional e extremamente agradável.
As zonas comuns com excelentes condições e os pequenos almoços de grande qualidade.
Todos os funcionários muito gentis, eficientes e simpáticos.

Cons:

Não gostei que a temperatura da água dos jacuzzi estivesse tao baixa que não permitisse a utilização nos 2 quartos que reservamos. Mesmo sendo inverno, seria expectável que um quantidade tão reduzida de água fosse possivel aquecer..

Lovely property and great location to visit the lake, Monsaraz and Regengos.
Pros:

Lovely setting and views onto lake. Friendly and helpful staff. Great yoga session offered on the house. Cute and friendly resident dogs. Smart breakfast as you can choose any extras if you want, reducing food waste. The grounds have little paths which are fun to explore.

Cons:

Dinner options nice but nothing exceptional.

One of the most beautiful places to stay in Portugal
Pros:

Top experience and one of the best places we've stayed in Portugal. Great views overlooking the lake Alqueva and beautiful property with amazing hospitality. Pool, trails, activities and of course the stargazing. Immaculately clean. Multiple locations around the property where one can enjoy the beautiful Alentejo scenery and silence.

Cons:

Had dinner at the hotel twice. While the lunch menu is great with salads, the dinner was on the heavy side for us. Great value for the money though.
