Pros:

J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'accueil, un personnel proche et attentif à chaque population (jeune ou plus âgée, seul, en couple, ou en famille). J'ai trouvé l'hôtel très propre. Les bains sont mis à disposition gratuitement tout au long du séjour..
Le petit déjeuner était digne de celui d'un 4 étoiles. Le parking 10 chf par jour est très proche de l'hôtel et sécure.

Pros:

Very good location, right next to 51 thermes (as outsider you need to reserve them and pay, but the hotel gives 1/3 reduction of price) and not far from public thermes which the hotel grants free access to. No parking, but a big public covered parking very close by. (paid 14CHF for a night). The stay was pleasant, so fully recommended.

Was will man noch mehr?
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und man spürt, dass man nicht nur ein Gast ist.
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral .... Coop und Migros, die Leukerbad Therme und der Busbahnhof für einen Skitag, ist alles in Fussnähe erreichbar.
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und die Betten bequem. Das Frühstückbuffet erfüllt alle Wünsche für einen guten Start in den Tag. Auch das Abendessen war hervorragend und alles wurde frisch zubereitet ... können wir nur empfehlen.
An unserem Hochzeitstag wurden wir mit einem schön dekorierten Tisch überrascht - nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür.
Nach einem langen Skitag, konnten wir uns gratis in den Leukerbad-Thermen erholen.
Was will man noch mehr?

Cons:

einzig negativ und für viele nicht relevant ... unser Zimmer hatte keinen Nachtvorhang, d.h. wenn einer von Beiden noch schläft, muss man den Rolladen hochkurbeln um auf den Balkon zu gehen. Was für die schläfend Person nicht angenehm ist.

J'étais très content, a répéter.

Gentillesse de la propriétaire, situation géographique

Cons:

Il y a encore des gens qui aiment lire un bouquin le soir (!?). La lumière (lampe de nuit) est insuffisante, ce qui empêche la lecture avant de dormir. La remplacer par une LED?

Pros:

Da ich noch meiner Leidenschaft (Schwertransporte) fröhnte, kam ich erst am früheren Abend an und nach vorheriger Info, lag das Couvert mit beigelegtem Schlüssel und Armband (Eintritt Leukerbadtherme), sowie ein Infoschreiben parat. Am morgen wurde ich noch persönlich begrüsst und obwohl sich gegenüber der Busterminal, sowie Geschäfte befindet ist es ruhig.Alles ist fussläufig erreichbar, das Frühstück ist lecker.Was will man mehr.
