Pros:

La tranquilidad por la tarde y noche, con bonita vista.

Cons:

Que el check in se hace cuando ya está cerca el cierre de restaurante y su parque de diversión; la habitación solo ponen dos mini botellitas de agua; no hay restaurante para cenar, uno tiene que salir del hotel para cenar y el desayuno y la comida, pues hay que pagar por separado el buffet.

La asistencia en recepción por teléfono, es verdad ya no contestan desde las 16 30 hasta el otro día

Nice stay. An oasis in a not so very nice town.
Pros:

Room and ability to check out at 1300 hrs.

Cons:

Amecameca is not a very clean town. Lots of poverty and trash in Amecameca.

Gorgeous and homely, love the grounds, the views and the attention to detail
Pros:

Beautiful environment, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated rooms in the simple local style.

Cons:

The hotel provides a continental breakfast but otherwise for meals you must have the buffet in the (very good) restaurant which is a bit limiting (minor issue)

l'horaire du peti dejeuner et le peu d'amabilite du personnel
cela fait dux fois que je viens dans cet hotel et je n'ai pas pu dejeuner car ils servent qu'a partir de 9h quand on veut profiter des ballades en montagne on pourrait esperer qu'ils puissent servir au moins a 8h

El baño no tuvo agua caliente hasta que se informó en recepción para que nos dijeran que teníamos que tener el agua corriendo por 5 minutos una tiradera de agua de a okis

Nur zum schlafen wäre es ok. Für mehr Zeit vor oft hat es uns nicht gefallen. Das Umfeld ist ein Freizeitpark
Cons:

Zimmer ohne Heizung. Sehr einfaches Mobiliar. Dusche hat nur einen Vorhang, ist das Bad nass, auch der Weg zur Toilette.
Das Restaurant hat schon um 5 geschlossen, Frühstück erst um 9 Uhr in der früh, dieses war allerdings recht gut und gegen Aufpreis kann man am reichhaltigen buffet teilnehmen. In der Nähe gibt es keine alternative.
Der Preis ist zu hoch.

De ligging om te wandelen in het nationaal park van de vulkanen

Cons:

Er was een standaard ontbijt dat basic was. Je moet bijbetalen voor het buffet.
Hier was geen duidelijke communicatie rond geweest.
In de badkamer was er geen afscheiding op de vloer voor de douche, dus er komt water bij de wc.
