Decepcionante. Una habitación sin agua caliente, duchas frías para ingresar a la piscina-

Muy bueno y completo el desayuno. Excelente ubicación .

Cons:

No me gustó , que la ducha a la piscina estaba afuera, y de agua fría. al volver a la habitación , nunca hubo agua caliente para bañarse. además, había movimiento en el bidé, también habían bichos, ácaros en la cama. Ante el reclamo de la falta de agua caliente, y constatarse que no estaba conectado el agua caliente a la habitación, la empleada nos comunica que nos cambian de habitación y nos ceden 6 horas más en el hotel . Aceptamos y nos quedamos unas horas más, al cancelar la cuenta el propio dueño nos cobra en vez de 93 dólares, por lo cuál habíamos hecho la reserva, 100 dólares por haber usado una habitación de más camas, unas horas más, cuando ellos habían propuesto eso por la falta de agua caliente. Muy mal! una falta de respeto y ética profesional. Por lo que no lo recomendamos! una decepción.

En la recepción ni supieron explicar que el precio de laextensión hasta las 18 hs.
Y el baucher del descuento de los restaurantes no especifica el nombre, sino sos de la zona y no conoces ni sabes cual es.

Pros:

La piscina, la limpieza de las instalaciones y la atención del personal que son super resolutivos.
Vamos a volver porque quedamos encantadas con el lugar.

Cons:

Como sugerencia estaría bueno que hubiese más enchufes en las habitaciones y en el desayuno alguna fruta picada. Si bien hay ensalada de frutas siento que si se ofrecieran frutas frescas sería más completo de lo que ya es.

Pros:

Muy lindo el ambiente, el personal muy atento y siempre disponible. Fuimos en familia y pasamos precioso con los chicos. Además hay que destacar la cercanía a varios puntos de entretenimiento. Sin dudas volveremos

Cons:

En la piscina hay poco lugar para dejar las cosas pero el resto excelente, la temperatura excelente y el estado general estaba muy bien.
