Très dessus
Cons:

Je n ai pas aimé lorsque j’ai louer le scooter les frein fonctionnait mal et ne tient pas route .
Louer 2 jour et demi et garder que 2 jours
L’hôtel m’a fait payer 2 jours et demi de location
Sale bain b de la moisissure autour de la baignoire pas très propre et lumière mal éclairée.

The entrance lobby and comfortable bed

Cons:

Wallpaper hanging off of wall, dirty carpet, no room service in our 3 days stay, less than ideal location. Had to pay money on arrival rather than on check out.

Hotel is okay. Not much noise from the outside. Location is okay.
Pros:

It is accessible to the main road as well as to the mekong river park. Near to the Buddha hill.

Cons:

They are offering motorcycle rentals but the motorbikes/scooters they are renting out from someone was not well maintained. As a traveller the safety is very important and the price is expensive but we are expecting a well maintained motorbikes if possible. Gave the front desk guy about the info but I am sure they do not care.

Cons:

The wifi on the 4th floor wasn't working at all. They didn't fix it despite I told them to do so.

Cons:

Our bed was full of hair and dead bugs, when I raised this with the staff they reluctantly said they would transfer us to a different room but I walked in on him picking stuff off the bed in the new room. I asked if any of their bed sheets have actually been washed and he couldn't give me an answer. We packed our bags and left without so much as an apology. Before this we rented a motorbike which was terrible and very expensive compared to other places in the city. Avoid this hotel.

Beautiful interior and room was spacious. It has an elevator, which is nice due to the number of floors. Staff was very helpful. The bathroom was nice.

Cockroach Infested
Pros:

Nothing. The place was riddled with cockroaches

Cons:

Hotel was horrifically neglected. It was clear that the floors hadn’t been cleaned for months. Stunk of cigarettes throughout the hotel, it also had cigarette butts thrown on the floors. We paid for a deluxe double on the 4th floor which was riddled with cockroaches. Was shown to other rooms once we complained but unfortunately the cockroaches have taken over 🪳
