Neat, centrally located, ventilated portico, large room
Situated right in the middle of market
The staff was extremely helpful and the bed was the most comfortable bed we have had yet in our India travels. It was very nice to sleep well and be comfortable. Room service food was quite good and the cleaning staff worked quickly and cheerfully.
Our single disappointment was that we were not aware of the loud music from the rooftop restaurant. The music was quite loud from 6pm to 11pm for abour 4-5 of the 8 nights that we were there. We understand the need for music in that kind of establishment, but it was loud enough to be heard far out into the street and throughout the whole hotel. We were very thankful that it stopped promptly at 11pm.
Disappointing experience, the TV didn't have any channels to watch. Surprised to see we had to pay extra ₹30 for drinking water, despite already paying a considerable room rent. No complimentary water was quite disappointing.
Yes, I thought breakfast will be complimentary
Breakfast served from 8am only. I thought this was rather late. We had a train at 9am but it worked out as we sat in the restaurant from 7.50am and when 8am arrived so did the breakfast . A wonderful kitchen serving a good South Indian buffet. Appams, sambar puttu . Best to eat South Indian food .We enjoyed very much. Tea, coffee and fruit juice.
The room 101 was very spacious and quiet after 11pm.
Very comfortable XL bed with good quality white bed linen. 2 pillows each as requested, toilet paper,A/C and a small fridge. We would book this room again.
The front desk reception was helpful and good English spoken.
The hotel is very clean and well maintained.
We choose this hotel because it is between bus station and railway station.
The restaurant.
The food coming out of the kitchen is truly excellent. We enjoyed the ginger paneer, noodles, cream of vegetable soup and veg.korma 😋 on both nights. The restaurant is open all day.
There are young girls there being trained but really a little help from a senior member would have helped them in talking through the order with us. Laying out cutlery training is o.k but communication with the customer even more so. The staff are very willing and keen but again would benefit from anticipating customer needs. We saw a customer sitting waiting but getting no attention and walking out. And on another occasion the same while 4 staff were sitting / standing at the till point.
I had to ask for the extremely loud booming music to be turned down at 7pm as we were the only 2 in the restaurant. They did so immediately.
We shall stay here again for sure.
The room was clean and spacious for 2 people. Staffs were good and provided quick service. The location is near to Mittai Therivu,Kozhikode.
Charged extra 500 without providing any extra bed for the 3rd person with us. Only provided one bottle of water as free, for a room with 3 members. Rest chargeable. They are having there own bar making it bit unsafe for women to roam at night.

i didn't find it value for money because of the facilities. no Wi-Fi, bathroom accessories seem sub standardized
Centrally located hotel. Clean and spacious room. Food costs are reasonable.
Hotel says parking is available. But, in practice, the parking space in front is taken up by patrons of the bar attached with the hotel except during bar closing hours. So the staff park our car somewhere else during this time.
