Pros:

Molto carino l'appartamento. La cucina era fuori ed era condivisa ma anche quella pulita.

Cons:

La posizione non é assolutamente adatta per persone disabili o anziani. Per raggiungere l'appartamento dobbiamo lasciare la macchina e fare qualche metro a piedi in salita in una stradellina di montagna. La sera non c'è illuminazione.

THE place has a great potential, but the owner does not care… should be cheaper.
Pros:

Beautiful location in the countryside, nice balcony, sunrise, comfortable bed

Cons:

There was no real kitchen, parking not possible at the property - would be fine if you know in advance… the room was definitely not cleaned for us

Pros:

La grande taille de la chambre, la vue sur mer et campagne, la terrasse adjacente.

Cons:

Le parking très très éloigné de la résidence et le chemin d'accès en graviers et complètement dégradé ne permettant jamais de faire rouler les valises ; l'absence de personnel après installation ; pas de possibilité de petit déjeuner proposée ; la chambre n'était pas initialement pourvue de bouteilles d'eau ni de savon ; la salle de bain aménagée à la va-vite (pommeau de douche vétuste et cassé, l'armoire penchée, la lampe sur un simple socket, le concept de douche-qui-arrose-toute-la-sdb) et wc non séparé...
Le voisinage du village Illias entretient la sécurité avec des chiens et des chiens errants rôdent... tous aboient à la moindre occasion, ce qui est agaçant la nuit...

Pros:

O quarto e banheiro são ótimos! Super amplo e limpo! Tudo em ótimo estado de conservação, dando a perceber que o prédio foi recém construído ou reformado.

Cons:

Apenas chamamos atenção para o acesso. O acesso até às acomodações é difícil. O carro não chega até lá e exige uma caminhada em terreno ingrime e de pedras. Não recomendamos a acomodação para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção.

Vista spettacolare, ma percorso rischioso
Pros:

Stanza in montagna con vista mare spettacolare, ampia e pulita. Dista 20 minuti dalla spiaggia di Dhermi e altri 30 min da quella di Himare. Ha il condizionatore, il frigo e il bagno privato

Cons:

Il resort è un'altra cosa... La struttura a parte la stanza non offre altro. Inoltre è inaccessibile a chi ha problemi di deambulazione. Si arriva per forza a piedi percorrendo 5 minuti una strada non asfaltata in salita.
Non esiste il parcheggio privato. Il parcheggio è in strada o in una via non asfaltata. Tutto molto scomodo e rischioso per cadute e distorsioni della caviglia.
È un piccolo paesino dove non c'è nulla a parte le case di chi ci abita. Nemmeno un minimarket. Se serve qualcosa (acqua, sapone, ecc. ecc.) la città più vicina è Dhermi

Pros:

Herrausragende Gastfreundschaft und Sauberkeit hat uns hier erwartet. Wir wurden am Ortsrand abgeholt und uns der Parkplatz zugewiesen, da man mit dem Auto nicht an die Unterkunft gelangt. Ein steiniger und stufiger Weg führt durch das verträumte Örtchen und oben angelangt hat man eine wundervolle Aussicht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, romantisch gelegen und die Anlage ist sehr, sehr gut gepflegt. Alles tip top hergerichtet und einfach ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt.

This is an excellent base for exploring a beautiful nearby beach, and it's a very quiet, non-touristy town.
Pros:

Very charming place with beautiful view, fully renovated- except bathroom.

Cons:

The walk to the apartment was a bit difficult because it was a long way up a hill, and we had to park in the main square.

Pros:

La vue est dingue et le logement est très agréable.
Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Nous avons passé un excellent moment. Un des plus chouette que nous ayons fait depuis le début de notre périple en Albanie.

Cons:

Il faut garer la voiture en bas du village et monter à pied, ce qui ne nous a pas dérangé dutout, le village est super mignon et nous avons des enfants qui marchent. C'est peut être moins adapté pour des enfants en bas âge.
