Spiritual and divine.
Pros:

The hotel is very close to the Gopuram gate when you walk thru the by lanes.All rooms are super clean and the staff and front office are super helpful.The restaurant was quite a surprise with tasty food which was really not expected. The rooms are spacious and being bit away from the main rooms one experiences lots of peace and tranquility .

Cons:

Maybe the service at the restaurant could be much quicker during the peak hours.

Pros:

The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. We arrived about two hours early, completely exhausted after a very long drive. Hearing the owner personally ask the receptionist to allocate a room immediately if one was available was a truly thoughtful and generous gesture. The entire team was extremely polite, and the level of hospitality was outstanding.

Neat and clean hotel with great food, friendly staff, excellent service.
Pros:

The food options are very good and delicious. Breakfast was superb. Staff are very helpful, remember your choices and give good advise about meal portions.

Cons:

I noticed mosquitoes in the ground floor Reception / Lobby area. The Hotel should do regular fumigation to get rid of these mosquitoes.

Very clean place, friendly staff .. value for money
Pros:

Though our stay was brief, we could feel that the staff were very polite !! Actually me and my son we cycled from Bangalore to Parthi and just stayed overnight and started the next day morning. The staff in-charge 'Shaensha' understood our need and helped us to secure out cycles in a safe place. The empathy exhibited was very nice to witness. Overall the room and hotel at large was very clean.. Would love to stay here again with family and I will recommend this for our friends too.
