Keep your eyes on your ID otherwise they will play cards on their computer and watch the cameras instead.

While checking in it took three guys 30 minutes to figure out how to “restart their software”, yet they checked in people who arrived much later than us during “this time.” While waiting in the lobby, my ID was GIVEN to a lady with her room card, only for her to shockingly say, “This is not my ID”. Being that I was the only other person there, I knew it was mine, and afterwards did not feel comfortable leaving them alone with my ID. Had to stand right in front of the glass and watch these three eggplants figure out how to check me in as I was not letting my ID out of my sight again. Not sure if it’s because I’m a pretty girl and since nobody was there, they just wanted to admire my physical beauty, but it’s still very unsettling and I was not comfortable during check in after this.
