No off street parking, parking on street very limited. It would have been very challenging in a rainy day. There was no light in the entrance way so difficult to see the electronic numbers on the door code. The office chair at the bedroom desk was not adjustable so too low for me to use.The kitchen benches were covered with other people's food/vegetables, pots of cooked food, not clean. The stairs down to the bedrooms on the lower level were difficult with a large suitcase.The property seems unloved and needs refurbishing and to be thoroughly cleaned. The photo does not give an accurate impression of the property.

Talossa oli melko kylmä, mutta tämä on hyvin yleinen ongelma Uudessa-Seelannissa. Onneksi huoneessa oli kuitenkin pieni lämmitin.

Iso miinus siitä, että talossa oli paikat palohälyttimille, mutta ne oli otettu pois käytöstä. Tämä lisäsi turvattomuuden tunnetta, koska paloturvallisuus kuuluu perusasioihin.

La plante gênante dans la salle de bains. Les escaliers peu commodes pour une personne à mobilité réduite. La moquette et les tapis par dessus, une horreur, et je me suis pris les pieds dedans souvent. Vive le parquet, plus sain, non allergique...Cuisine un peu étroite. Et aussi la fermeture du WC qui ne fonctionne pas du tout.

Sadly the kitchen was a little on the dirty side with crumbs on the bench etc. There were no top sheets which I know some countries don't use and certainly hoped the duvet covers were washed as well between guests. There was a cushion on the main bedroom that was filthy. We didn't realize there wasn't a comfy lounge but on this occasion didn't need as we weren't there long. The shower was very good.
