Pros:

Automatic check in, I didn't see anyone during my stay. Confortable room with everything you need (they hace washing machine included!). A bit far for Dunedin but a perfect spot if you are planning to visit Otago península

Cons:

Toilet and kitchen were really simple, don't expect so much

A wonderful few days in Dunedin
Pros:

A fantastic place to stay - away from the rat-race of the centre of town, with terrific views of the Otago Harbour from the front gate

Nothing - great facilities, supportive but non- intrusive hosts

Reasonable price
Pros:

Warm bedrooms

Cons:

The lock on room 1 is broken. The door can be opened from outside even when the door is locked.
Our two room were downstairs so it is also very noisy with people walking around a lot at night on top floor.
