Good location but not the best mercure experience
Pros:

It was good location close to the beach and centre

Cons:

Room was tiny and no view - overseeing the back of building no natural light - I was also charged £27 on top of the amount paid for an extra breakfast even though I paid full amount - parking is also expensive £27

Goede ontvangst. Lekker ontbijt. Goede ligging, kort bij het strand en de winkels

Cons:

We hadden een rustige kamer gevraagd en niet aan de lift . We hadden een kamer aan de straatkant en juist naast de lift !!!

Very unpleasant experience, will never visit again

Bed was ok

Cons:

We booked a night because of seemingly ok reviews, but our experience was below any standards. Terrible sound insulation, hearing everything from neighboring room. Zero sleep all night, quality of cheap hotel, for a price of 230eur for a night. Bathroom too small. View from the window into other people's terraces and ventilation equipment - no sun at all.
Very disappointed, don't recommend to anyone.

Un Mercure fidèle à sa marque
Pros:

La situation de l'hôtel à quelques pas du bord de mer et du casino. Parking public à disposition et facilement accessible depuis la gare d'Ostende. Confort et services fidèles à la marque Mercure : professionnel, efficace et flexible. A l'écoute des besoins des clients. Petit-déjeuner buffet très correct. Literie au top tant que pour les adultes que pour notre petit garçon (lits superposés très confortables). A bientôt à 0ostende

Cons:

Si je devais écrire un point négatif, ça serait peut-être le wifi un peu lent et le manque d'un réfrigérateur dans la chambre pour pouvoir contenir ses propres boissons fraîches lors de fortes chaleurs par exemple.

Het was een aangename uitstap maar verblijf kon beter

Ontbijt was top en personeel vriendelijk

Cons:

Sliepen aan straatkant en was enorm luidruchtig! Ook tussen de kamers was er vanalles te horen en was het echt geen rustig gegeven

Goede ligging en goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding - toilet was niet helemaal proper maar dat zal over het hoofd gezien zijn. Kussens niet ideaal, heel hard en dik.
