Pros:

Recámara amplia y muy limpia
El señor que nos recibió es muy amable

Cons:

Si es complicado llegar en carro
Se paga descorche por ingresar bebidas

La limpieza de la habitación y de la alberca

Cons:

El precio es excesivo para lo que ofrece el hotel, la habitación muy pequeña sin ninguna vista al tepozteco. Si queríamos usar la alberca un rato más después del check out debíamos pagar $150 por persona, o sea $450 por un par de horas, nunca nos había tocado un hotel que no permite usar instalaciones un rato más a sus huéspedes. Además cobran descorche de $250.
Está lejos del centro y los negocios alrededor cierran temprano, así que queda muy solitaria la zona.

Me cobraron de más sin usar ese servicio, era un precio cuando reservé y cuando llegué al lugar me cobraron más, insinuando que no leí bien y fue mi culpa cuando no fue así, me llegó un correo de que no había pasado mi tarjeta y que no había pagado cuando pagué directamente ahí. Mal servicio

Good for hiking, 15-20 min away from the central square and market. Picky staff and overall poor quality.
Pros:

Location to hike Tepozteco.

Cons:

Old. Not very comfortable mattress nor pillows. Poor continental breakfast (coffee, fruit and toasts) And the surprise came at the end when our second day staying they told us, just one day is included in each reservation. So we had to go to a cafe for breakfast.

Una buena opción en Tepoz
Pros:

Muy bonito el lugar, con su jardín, alberca y área de descanso. Muy tranquilo, perfecto para descansar. El bungalow familiar, súper amplio 👍

Cons:

En la tarde-noche cuando oscurece está muy solitaria la zona afuera del hotel. no hay nada alrededor, no hay negocios abiertos.

Pros:

La vista está increíble, estás literalmente a los pies del Tepozteco. Tiene un jardín con mesitas en donde puedes desayunar muy a gusto con una vista preciosa.

Cons:

La llegada en coche es un poco complicada porque literalmente atraviesas la calle principal donde camina la gente, pero al final es más cómodo que subir caminando con maletas.

Cons:

ESTABA DESABILITADA LA ALBERCA CHICA, PROBLEMAS CON LA SEÑAL DE TELEVISIÓN Y NO ES UN HOTEL DE CONSUMO DE BEBIDAS Y ALIMENTOS (SALVO MUY PEQUEÑOS ARTÍCULOS DE "TIENDITA"), COMO PARA QUE QUIERAN COBRAR UN DESCORCHE SI UNO LLEVA ALGUNA BEBIDA.
