I had a pleasant stay at Hotel California Istanbul. The location is very convenient, with public transportation nearby and many attractions within walking distance. There is also a hammam close to the hotel. The staff was friendly and some of them speak Russian, which was very helpful for me. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, a good place to stay when visiting Istanbul.
Мне понравилось пребывание в Hotel California Istanbul. Очень удобное расположение — рядом есть общественный транспорт и многие достопримечательности. Недалеко от отеля также есть хаммам. Персонал дружелюбный, некоторые сотрудники говорят по-русски, что было очень удобно. Номер был чистый и комфортный, а завтрак был очень вкусный. В целом хорошее место для проживания в Стамбуле.

Cons:

The breakfast was a complete disappointment. There was practically nothing available — literally nothing. Not even something basic like a boiled egg. The only options were some greens, very cheap ham, and very low-quality bread. There was nothing else. Nothing at all.

Additionally, the noise from the corridor is extremely noticeable. You can clearly hear people talking and walking outside the room, which makes it difficult to sleep.

Pros:

Posizione eccezionale in zona ci sono ottimi ristoranti e a piedi si arriva nei punti turistici principali.
Personale sempre gentile e disponibile.
Struttura davvero carina.

Cons:

La camera singola che ci è stata assegnata ha una finestra cieca quindi fa veramente molto caldo.
Gli asciugamani venivano cambiati giornalmente ma in 4 giorni il pavimento non è mai stato pulito.
La colazione è buona ma consiglio di aggiungere qualcosina di dolce.

Bon emplacement, proche des commodités, des principaux lieux touristiques. Idéal quand on souhaite découvrir la vielle ville.

Cons:

Durant notre séjour, des travaux ont eu lieu entraînant beaucoup de bruit dans la chambre et révélant que l’isolation n’était pas forcément bien. Dommage quand on réserve un hôtel pour se reposer lors de nos vacances.
