Az alkalmazottak kedvesek segítőkészek, a szobával elégedetlen vagyok.
Pros:

A kialakitás szép, nagyon közel van a fő látnivalokhoz. Reggeli választékos , jól lehet lakni.

Cons:

Kezdjük ott az áram az ajtónyitó kártyával van a szobában ha elmész, vagy csak le mész cigizni nem lessz áram a szobába sem fűtés. A klímát minimum fél óráig kell nyomkodni mire el kezd fűteni minden alkalommal. A Tv úgyan ez a jelenség. Az állmenyezetben valami mászkált. Fel vettük videóra és jeleztük ígérték hogy másnak reggel a menedzser meg keres de nem történt meg . Semmien kárpotlást nem ajánlodtak fel. A fürdő nagyon hideg hiába megy a légkondicionált melegítés.

Si potrebbe migliorare la colazione che potrebbe essere più variegata.
Mancava tenda copri sole in stanza e quindi da mattina presto entrata troppa luce che svegliava

Per niente male, rapporto qualità prezzo molto valido

Accogliente e posizione molto vicina al centro e alle attrazioni . Staff molto professionale e disponibile.

Une merveilleuse expérience. Tout était parfait : la ville, les sites, la nourriture, l'hôtel...
Pros:

Très bon accueil. Très grande sympathie de l'ensemble du personnel de l'Hôtel. L'emplacement était remarquable, car étant situé près du tramway, du Grand Bazar, de la basilique Sainte-Sophie et de la mosquée bleue. Egalement, à proximité de nombreux restaurants avec une excellente nourriture. On a aussi apprécié le service de transfert gratuit offert pour être acheminé de l'aéroport SAW à l'hôtel.

Cons:

Notre chambre donnait sur la rue qui était animée donc un peu bruyante. Une isolation moyenne et une climatisation extérieure qui faisait du bruit. Mais étant donné l'état de notre fatigue le soir, nous dormions comme des bébés.

Emplacement idéal : proche du tramway et à 10 minutes à pied des mosquées bleu et Aya Sofia. Très propre et personnel super agréable

Il y a des chambres sans fenêtres, demandez bien lorsque vous réservez à ne pas être mis dedans

Очень хорошее расположение (из-за этого и был выбран этот отель) - 3 минуты до остановки трамвая Т1 Чемберлиташ. При этом в горку идти совсем немного. Достаточно чисто. Завтрак нормальный, йогурты, хлопья, яйца, свежие овощи, колбаса, сыр, сосиски, наггетсы, выпечка, чай, кофе, молоко, соки.

Cons:

Ванная комната требует ремонта. Разбитый умывальник, не работающий фен с замотанным изолентой шнуром. Очень сильная слышимость соседей и, что странно, улицы.

Ospitalità incredibile! Hotel molto silenzioso, con Letti comodi, doccia e bagno molto belli, phon professionale. Colazione variegata (mancano opzioni dolci e frutta, ma abbiamo capito che è usanza qui). Il receptionist della sera (purtroppo non so il suo nome) è stato premuroso, attento ed efficiente, tanto che la mattina alle 4 mentre aspettavamo il driver per un tour si è messo sulla porta per vedere se arrivasse per evitare che noi prendessimo freddo. Rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero competitivo!

Very bad experience.
Pros:

Location. Staff were helpful when needed.

Cons:

Very bad smell from wc. Reception staff said he knew it but can't do anything as if was midnight. I couldn't sleep because of the smell. In the morning smell became frying smell from kitchen. Intolerable. Luckily I spent one night. Room shouldn't have been made bookable. Worst experience ever.
