Only the absolute minimum provided, terrible value.

Cons:

Room was constantly cold - no heating system, only COOL air con.
No drinks provided, not even water. Milk in fridge was not fresh.

The staff are polite.
Pros:

I like the location and layout of the room.

Cons:

Booking.com didn't explain there would be an additional 200 deposit with this hotel. Also I requested twice for 2 single beds and it seemed the hotel either never got my message or just didn't have time to accommodate my request. I noticed my one bed was made up if 2 singled beds, so it really wouldn't have been too hard for them to separate the beds as asked.

Overall all good and would be happy to come back.:)
Pros:

Ease of access to the hotel and comfortable bed, room and bathroom facilities were clean.

Cons:

Dual Bath/shower is a little tricky and tight and could lead to trip or fall questioning safety particularly for taller/older people and or that may have ailments getting in and out of the bath/shower.

Staff were very helpful and contacted us after we had left to advise we had left some clothes behind. They were great.

Overall quite satisfying with the service and politenesses of the staff
Pros:

The convenience location to the train station and quite good value for money considering you have your own washing machine and dryer, plus a kitchenette.

Cons:

The aircon at room 809 doesn’t work, unable to change temperature. The pool facilities aren’t well maintained with buildups visible on edges of the pool. Also room isn’t equipped with any bathroom amenities eg no toothbrush, slippers, etc You have to call reception to ask for it, which is a bit annoying as you would expect them to be fully fitted before any guest arrives.
