Un Havre de paix familial, propice à la détente et l’évasion.
Pros:

Le site est absolument incroyable, spectaculaire. La nourriture est excellente et très saine. Le personnel est adorable. Dédicace à Mohammed !

Le personnel était très sympathique et le buffet du restaurant pour les 3 repas étaient très bons.
Les navettes gratuites pour se rendre vers les autres hôtels du groupe..
Les activités et les excursions.

Cons:

L'environnement proche de l'hôtel et la plage étaient très sales. La piscine très froide, impossible de se baigner. Beaucoup de travaux sont en cours.

Très agréable et reposant, facilement ouvert aux nouvelles connaissances
Pros:

J'ai particulièrement aimé le coté "chill" et l'amabilité du personnel. Régulièrement des petites attentions sympathiques de la part des femmes de chambre, et gros plus, des petits concerts ambiance, une nourriture à base de légumes et fruits bio et des grillades le soir.

Cons:

Le manque de fruits au petit déjeuner, jamais assez de jus d'orange (les jus de concombre ou de betterave au petit déjeuner ne sont pas forcément du goût de la majorité et encore moins des enfants).
Egalement devoir allez courir se servir directement le plat principal car le ravitaillement est limité, et par conséquent, risque de ne pas en avoir...l'impression de manque est désagréable pour un repas sans stress.

I can truly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting the area. From the very first moment, we felt warmly welcomed, and the kindness and professionalism of the staff made our stay exceptional.
A special thank you to Fadwa, Achraf, and Youcef, who were outstandingly kind, positive, and helpful throughout our stay. They were always available and assisted us with everything — organizing optional programs, arranging taxis, handling special requests, and making sure we had the best possible experience. Their hospitality genuinely made a difference.
The atmosphere of the hotel is wonderful — relaxed, welcoming, and authentic. The location is also excellent, making it a perfect choice for anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone searching for quality accommodation with truly exceptional service.

Cons:

Honestly, it is very difficult to find anything negative about this hotel. If I had to mention something, it would be that the beachfront restaurant was under renovation during our stay. However, this was only a minor inconvenience, and the exceptional kindness of the staff and the overall quality of the hotel more than compensated for it. It did not affect our overall experience in any negative way.

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel avant tout. Ils ont tous ete tres serviable. La nourriture tres bonne et les bungalows face a l’ocean etaient parfait.

Pros:

L accueil et la gentillesse de TOUT le personnel, c est la deuxième fois et c'est toujours aussi bien dans les relations humaines.

Cons:

Période de travaux, beaucoup moins tranquille qu il y a deux ans.

Parfait pour la pratique de surf et Kite surf en famille ou entre amis

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement vue mer du Bungalow, les navettes gratuits qui déposent aux différents hôtels du groupe et la qualité du buffet en pension complète. Sans oublier la gentillesse de l’ensemble du personnel et l’accueil réservé à notre bébé de 7 mois.

Cons:

Pas de chauffage dans les Bungalow, ayant voyagé au mois de Janvier, nous avons eu un peu froid certaines nuits.
