Creo que deberían verse en atención al cliente ya que con una situación ajena no se comportaron acorde a la situación

En temas de emergencias el hotel no cuenta con sistemas que sostenga al hotel ejemplo no cuentan con alarmas contra incendios, con cuenta con sistema de reserva de agua, aunque sea para baños o necesidades, no tiene. Un generador para poder sostener la carga de agua aunque sea para baños , no tiene para luz en momentos de apagones no hay luces de emergencias en su totalidad hay zonas de tránsito oscuras . Realmente el tema de seguridad puede producir riesgos de accidentes. Ademas el portón depende que se habrá por electricidad asi que dejan clave autónoma, si recepción no estuviera o no se encontrara un encargado, no existe la posibilidad de salir del parqueo o poder entrar al hotel. Realmente mi vivencia a este hotel espero nadie la vuelva a sufrir como las pasmos varias familias ese dia . Ojala pongas sus atenciones a sus falencias y no engañen a las personas.

Buen lugar para vacaciones
Pros:

Buena situación para ir a la playa. Habitación muy amplia y cocina bien equipada. Gran piscina y jardín muy cuidado.

Cons:

El agua caliente era muy justa casi inapreciable. No es culpa del alojamiento pero hay que insistir a los clientes que las normas están para cumplirlas. No se puede estar en la piscina vociferando, gritando, con los perros sueltos y pasadas las 10 de la noche.

Pros:

Me gustó todo! Es excelente lo limpio ordenado se puede cocinar y el aire acondicionado es excelente en la manera que lo acomodaron para que el viento salga en buena dirección con respecto a las camas al dormir, lo cual es difícil de encontrar, tiene balcón, buena piscina para estar y el carro queda completamente seguro.

Pros:

Very nice resort with pool, several appartements and nice staff.

Cons:

For me the price was a bit high, considering the bad location. Its pretty far away from the beach and there is no direct path, you have to walk next to a busy street

Chill vibes
Pros:

The hosts were really friendly and ready to help. It felt like a little holiday appartment with all you would need for a short stay. The beach is not too far. The pool was the best and we had a great terrace.

Cons:

Some of the furniture was a bit old. Also quite some noise at night.
