Very nice and modern accomodation, well set up for groups of people, ideal location in echoland 5 mins walk away from main street.
Snow plow machine operating late at night and early morning right next to building
The location is well placed, especially if you drive. Parking was very easy. The house was clean and spacious the facilities were clean. The host was also very polite and responsive to requests.
Some of the items could use some upkeep. The pots and washing machine were a bit old. The lock had issues one night but fortunately it was resolved very quickly.

A comfortable place to stay. Well located after we figured out the shuttle bus stops
A prime reason for booking neverland was that it had a room with 4 beds which should have suited the couple in our group with 2 small boys. However that room was the loft and the dividing wall to a drop of 6 to 7 metres was only about 400mm above the bed. A potential disaster for small active boys. I'm surprised it met any sort of safety standards. We had to move mattress around to turn a downstairs 2 bed room to a very tight 4 bed room. Unsatisfactory.
Additionally some English translations for the operation of Cooktown and washing machine would have saved a lot of frustration.
And location should be a positive for neverland so some simple information about where the closest shuttle bus stop is, and where the various bus routes go would be a great help.
And shuttle buses are essential as taxis in peak times are impossible .

Neverland Chalet was great and having the parking available in back made the trip very easy!! The heated flooring and dry room were an unexpected bonus!! The kitchen was stocked well enough for our use, but those cooking more seriously may not find all they need. We could walk to many restaurants and the stores we needed and a short drive away to many others. Overall, a wonderful location and perfect for a getaway with friends or family.
The bed was very comfortable, living room area was spacious and clean. Location was very close to the main street, walkable to restaurants! Would recommend staying here for those skiing around Goryu/Iimori!
Would be good to have additional smaller towels, and a bath mat for the toilets. More clothes hangers in the rooms would be good too!
