Cons:

The property refused check-in at 2:30 PM and asked us to wait until 8 PM, which is unreasonable and not mentioned in the listing. Due to this, we had to urgently book another hotel at a significantly higher price. This caused financial loss and inconvenience. I request appropriate action against the property and I am looking fike a case against property and the site for not having verified hotels.
