Not to be stayed here very bad behaviour of hotel manager and staff. They were charged extra amount
Pros:

Staff and manager were so bad behaviour and giving abusive language
They don't know how to talked to customer and overcharging the price
They were also not providing extra towel and room service and also not given any bathing essentials.

Cons:

The property refused check-in at 2:30 PM and asked us to wait until 8 PM, which is unreasonable and not mentioned in the listing. Due to this, we had to urgently book another hotel at a significantly higher price. This caused financial loss and inconvenience. I request appropriate action against the property and I am looking fike a case against property and the site for not having verified hotels.
